Too much data for one module
So I am new to Zoho but my use case is this. I have a lot of data associated with each client, realistically more than can be fit to one module. In order to store the extra data I think I need an extra module but I want to be able to use mail merge to create reports and if all data is not on one module this is effecitvely not possible. Therefore I want to duplicate data that appears already on the contact module in another module so that I can run mail merge on the second module and capture the relevant

nested tables in zoho crm
Hi everybody, i am quite new to zoho crm and have a question about viewing my contacts. I have added a custom field (class) and gender to every contact and I would like to have them group like a nested table. So class in the top row, then the 2nd row is the gender field which divides the class in two columns under which I would like to list the contacts belonging to that class so they are separated by gender. I published an article with several tables formatted, when I publish it for Agents it displays fine, the entire span of the tables display but when I publish for registered users, they are all cut off. In the Products List in Zoho CRM< what price is intended to go into the "Unit Price" field? Should this be my cost of the product, as in the price I pay for it? If tso, how is this number , along with commission, and List Price from a price book used? Is List Price - (Unit price + COmmission rate) used to determine profits?

Drag and drop file attachments into Zoho CRM
I'd love to be able to drag and drop files to Zoho CRM. Single file drag and drop would be great, multiple files simultaneously would be even better. Gmail lets you do it easily, so presumably the programming know-how exists somewhere already. The current method of clicking on "Desktop" under the "Attachments" header and then navigating to the file is slow and tedious, and if I have to attach multiple documents, it isn't even worth doing.

Hi, I want to get a report that for a given time period shows me all items on order yet to be delivered. New Layout -- Font Issue + Spacing
Six years ago, you changed the layout from one that had been very good to one that was bad for two reasons: 1) Way too much space between fields, requiring lots of scrolling where it hadn't been necessary before. 2) The removal of any visual cues to the different sections of the layout. Let me apologize in advance in case I'm using the wrong names for Zoho's menus and functions, but I have the Italian version installed. I built a workflow that uses the "click specific link" reminder loop to send users through two different paths, and if the users clicks one of the links in the original e-mail it works properly. it is possible to create lists in a way that when people edit their preferences they do not see those lists as options to get in? ie. i had to import a contact list from previous campaign system from which we got their consent through the previous system. did want to avoid doble optin confusing message we created a list with implied consent settings now this list that is purely an import of previous system shows up within the list of option when clicking to preferences how can we hide this list
Character limit on comments when uploading files via API
It appears there is a character limit of 96 characters when uploading files using the API. The limit when uploading via the interface is 1000 characters which is reasonable. I need more characters since I am including hyperlinks that can pass the 96 character limit. Is there a reason for this limit and is there a way around it? url: 'https://cliq.zoho.com/api/v2/channelsbyname/<channel>/files?authtoken=<token>' python requests shows comment of length 96 passes but length 97 gives a 400 response.

I have read a little on the possibility of setting up a google maps API to view assets in real time in creator. Has anyone implemented this or have any insight on the best way to set it up? Adding myself to our Bookings business fails
HI, We just discover Bookings. Our super admin created his business. I tried to access the Bookings page without being a Booking user and it asked my about my organization. I stopped there, as it wasn't definitely our... The super admin added his bookings account to our organization Zoho One apps. Now I like to add myself (as Admin) to this app. But apparently I got an error, it seems I'm part of another bookings account. I don't know which one, as I don't have any access except Zoho One Admin Dashboard.
Cannot download attachment
Hi, i'm having trouble downloading any attachment from my Zoho email. The download speed is very slow, and it will restart to download again upon completion. The file download will keep looping, restarting until it becomes erro and stops. I tried to clear browser cache, restart browser, restart komputer, nothing works. I don't have this problem with my Gmail, Hotmail, on the same computer. Please kindly assist. Thank you.

Sorting report by Date is not in correct order...
I have several reports that need to be sorted in Descending Date order. My Report has Sorting configured based on Added Time but yet the report mind as well be in random order. It does not show up in the order that it should be. Yes i do also have grouping configured. Here is a picture of what i get. march should be at top not Feburary. Notice march is mixed in. There are lots of records so its hard to show here. This happens consistently accross all months and days worth of data.

Hello, Say I have a set of five forms in an application. I want to l arrange these five forms in such a way that there is a next button at the end of the first four forms and a submit button at the end of the fifth form. When the next button is pressed the new form is displayed for data entry and when the submit button is pressed data from all five forms is pushed into the zoho creator db. How to accomplish this?
Some emails not being delivered to our users
I am seeing an issue where some emails are not delivered to the users, at least I cannot find them. Stateless Form and Report inside of Page
I have a report and a stateless form that filters the report. I can on submit launch a popup with the filtered report, but my users keep adding and subtracting filters which become persistent and the next time they use my search form it retains its previous filters.
