We have a community application for managing terms and definitions. Some people would like to have a copy of the community application and create their own team specific application for terms and definitions. What is the best way to expose the data from community application to team application? Thanks.
Shopify not in sync with Inventory
After integrating the two apps, I updated the Shopify inventory of a product and the change didn't reflect on Zoho Inventory. The change was manual, and it didn't even detect the "FAILURES"on Zoho Inventory. How can this be a reliable inventory or which is the correct use?

Hi, I am unable to use smtp.zoho.in in my WHMCS application. After some findings, i figured our i am unable to ping smtp.zoho.in, where as i can able to ping smtp.google.com. *All ports in aws security group are open when i try this. Help me out, its really urgent.

Hi, Anyone can help me, please how to configure a sales funnel? What I could find in the guide is not enough, or did not help to solve my issue. I could create a funnel, but it is an inverted one (customers on the top, leads on the bottom). Close Date for a Deal Within Chat
I've had a chat with a new visitor, she asked about a sale, I gave a quote and said would send her an estimate. Right from the chat screen (on a PC) I want to enter her as a potential deal. Its statuses presumes pre-closing stages like qualification, negotiation, etc. Yet, a field for "Close date" is mandatory. How can such date be existent if the deal is still in pre-closing? Can you make it not mandatory to save the common sense?

How do you add spaces in Validation Rules for a Module?
I have a Mobile Number field and I have added some validation rules. I also want to add a rule to validate the Mobile field to ensure that no spaces can be entered as characters. Notifications for MX and SPF Errors
I get notices that my MX and SPF records are not setup and it can't verify them. It was able to verify the DKIM TXT record though. I have had this account for awhile and it looks like I am receiving mail and able to send, at least right now anyways. I have my DNS configured through CloudFlare and I have had the correct MX and SPF records in it's DNS management this entire time. Shopify Accepts marketing during checkout
It does not appear that people that indicate that they accept marketing during checkout on Shopify will get added to Zoho Campaign like with MailChimp. Is that correct? Or is this possible? If not then how do we address adding these people to our list? Will Zoho add this feature?
