How to view agenda on external monitors at the event
We are considering ditching print products entirely and wish to be able to have the agenda visible on widescreen monitors in our conference and exhibition area. Preferred would be "next sessions" . The mobile app could probably be extended on to a monitor easily enough but not more than one at a time.. is there a function that you would recommend? Anyone..

I love the new view in the mobile iOS app that lets us see ALL TIME SHEETS. Would it be possible to add the viewing of live timers of all users as well? as an admin, I constantly check in on where my employees are, and what they are working on. I do this by checking the live timers status on the web app. having this in the mobile app would be great.

hello everyone, I have a problem here, i want to import an eml file that i already zipped, but when the uploading bar is finished, nothing happen. Random emails linked to a Contact are not viewable "Error. Unable to process your request".
Hi, Can anyone please advise why emails linked to a Contact are not viewable? I can select any one of our many Contacts & randomly click on an email - some open some don't. If I go to an Account which may have more than one Contact associated with it, same problem. Some will open, others will not. I can not seem to find a pattern. The error stated is: Error. Conflicting Configuration

I wish that instead of being mailed with my name, it would be the name of the department. Why do organizers have access to the trash in WorkDrive? My technicians can't move a file or share a file unless I make them an organizer. But then, in theory, an upset employee, a compromised account, or a compromised PC could all completely wipe data. I hope I'm missing something, but I would definitely love to see more control over access levels.

Do I really need to use leads?
Hello! We just signed up for Zoho and are starting to work on customization. We sell to a very specific target market and I was thinking of not using the Leads portal but rather have a drop down menu for contacts to differentiate if they are a Target, Lead or Customer. What are the benefits of using a different module/database? For some of our customers, even if they do buy, I still want to continue to market to them like the rest of the targets/leads so what is the point of having them separate?

"External Images Not Loaded" message
Hello Is anyone else experiencing the new message on Zoho Mail which pops up every time you press "reply"? It's driving me absolutely crazy, and apparently there's no way to turn it off. I contacted Zoho support and they said it was an "enhancement" recently put in place. I can't believe that this has been set up with absolutely no way to disable it. Are there any other users out there having this experience? And have you managed to find a way to disable it?
Why does timeline display full contents of deleted notes even if recycle bin emptied?
Since Zoho offers no ability to delete notes in mass or automatically like in a work flow, we at times have to delete notes manually. Recently we noticed after a note has been deleted, the note including the entirety of the notes contents shows up in the timeline.....emptying the recycle bin does not remove this info!..Has this been thought through? When does Zoho actually delete this data?
New Potential form filled in from existing Account.
I have been trying to create a function linked to a Workflow, that will when a Potential is created from the Account module the function will auto fill in the form. I have looked on the forum and found some code but I am unable to get it working. In the editor it executes OK and the ouput in the function editor contains no erorrs. Any advice would be appricated. A really nice feature would be to provide a way to bulk schedule social posts according to the queue I've set up. Perhaps if the date field contains an asterisk, the post is scheduled for the next queue slot after the previous post.

I am trying to get this to work. Keeps giving error. Need to update daily the number of days a home has been listed based on todays date and a date input on the form.
