Unable to verify SPF and DKIM
Hi, I am trying to setup SPF and DKIM for my domain, managed by Shopify, but it does not seem to be able to verify. I have been following the configuration steps: SPF (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/spf-configuration.html) DKIM (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/dkim-configuration.html) Tried "Control Panel" > "Tools" > "Domain Details" > "Get All Record" to check. It did find the new TXT record for SPF as in the screenshot below though it still could not verify. The TXT record

Charging the stored credit card prior to subscription renewal date.
Is it possible to setup the billing such that the saved credit card is billed a number of days PRIOR to the renewal date? For example a subscription is due to be renewed on the 20th of this month - I would like to charge the credit card 4 days prior (on the 16th in this example) to ensure the card is working prior to the start of the new subscription period. Recurring events or appointments in zoho 5
Hi, i tried to look on the forum and such but can't seem to find it not for Zoho 5 at least. Is there a way to make an appointment in Zoho Creator to repeat each week or month or such. I made a form with a begin and enddate and would like this dates to repeat as upcoming appointments for say the next 52 weeks or something like that. Is this possible ? Could you help me out ? Zoho cliq won't let me participate in conversations
I can sign in to cliq, and I see the other participants, and view the conversation, but I cannot type or add anything. I appear to be accessing in read-only mode. I was able to participate succesfully last week and nothing has changed with my pc since then.

I like seeing the data from my different pages. My Facebook and Twitter account show the "best time to post" but Instagram shows little to no data in that section. Is there a setting I can update to increase the data received? I know I am getting engagement with likes, but they are not reporting at all on Instagram. Hello, i am new to Zoho and would like to use custom customer item numbers, and custom pricing. I would like to take what i can do in the AS/400 and do it in Zoho. Is that possible? for example, If i set my selling price as $5.00 each, but if a quantity of 50 is ordered it will be $4.00 each. encodeUrl Function Bug
The space character is being encoded incorrectly. It is being encoded as a + (plus character). It should be encoded as a percent sign 20 . I have not checked all the other characters, so I can't say if there are any other characters that are being encoded incorrectly. Test Case: alert(encodeUrl(" ")); This produces a plus sign instead of percent sign 20 . This bug causes all string parameters passed to subforms to fail if the strings contains a space character.
Business Expenses
I am trying to register an expense that has a later due date. For example phone, internet, utilities that are invoiced by my vendor at the end of the month but must be paid on the 15th of the next month. I tried registering as an Expense but there is option for Due Date. Expense also does not have an option to register Vendor invoice #. I tried using a Bill to register these expenses to be paid at a later date, but it requires that one add items, and phone, internet and utilities are not items.

As you can see, it only has one discount level and we actually want to customize it by adding another discount's levels ( for agencies as intermediates, and final costumer...)
