Hello all, We are new to zoho desk (paying customer), we have created multiple departments in desk with the scope that each domain has its own department, for example user@a.com emails issue should go to A Department, then user@b.com emails issue should go to B Department and so on... currently all users irrespective of thier domain go to our main department, kindly advise what needs to be done to create a rule like: if *anyone*@a.com move ticket to A Department if *anyone*@b.com move ticket to

Hi, My company keeps track of and charges for the support time we offer to clients in desk. I want to be able to track how much time each customer against how long they have left on their contract, ideally this process will end up being fully automated and integrated in Zoho. I have found the tickets data in Zoho Analytics and have set up a table showing how much support time each of our customers have used per month. However, I want to be able to track this against how much time they have available

My application that uses the Zho rest api has been working flawlessly for the last 4 months. But today it started throwing "The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.". My credentials work fine in Postman, and also in my app. My c# app usees HttpWebRequest so I tried using WebRequest, but I got the same result. Purchase Order: List Price Is used to derive the purchase cost instead of the cost price
When I add a product, with a cost price as 10 and unit price as 15, the purchase order calculation should happen based on cost price which is 10*1 = 10 but at the moment it happens as 15*1 = 15 I have to manually modify this each and every time and is time consuming. Also, for a product that is already added if the unit price is changed, there is no where i will be made aware as the unit price value is not displayed when the product is selected in the product details field of purchase order form.

Hi Zoho community, I'm trying to decide whether Zoho Creator 5 is suitable for my small business. I think that the Basic plan most suits my 1 person business. If I were to go with the Premium Plan I would still only be 1 user so would get no more than 25,000 records. My main concern is that there is no off-line backup facility within the Basic plan. I am trying to create an inventory template that pulls sales order line items to the template. I can pull all product line items using this - ${Sales Orders.Product Name} What I need to do is filter the call for a specific category of products. WebToLeadForm is creating records in ZOHO intermittently
Hi guys Our website has various forms on it. When a user submits a form their details are added to the leads screen within Zoho. We've recently updated to the Enterprise package. Since then (and it may be a coincidence) some leads from our web forms dont get inserted into Zoho. Theres no pattern, it seems to happen randomly. Has anyone else experienced this? I have a CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT of 30. Perhaps I should increase this? As I say - theres no apparent pattern to which leads dont get inserted

Google Voice Integration - Zoho Recruit
I would like to be able to track calls that are made to new candidates in zoho recruit. SO a data tracking page allowing users to track how many phone calls were made within a given time period, along with being able to use google voice login credentials and telephone number to call from their GV number. Better Desktop Timer App
I would like to suggest development of a better timer app for desktop. The current app lacks a lot of features. Here's a list of features that I would like to see. Invoices with wrong Tax
Hello I'm using an invoice template from zoho CRM to create invoices for customer. Invoice needs to show Tax however even when I state that tax is 15% zoho adds it to the total instead of realizing the total is inclusive of tax in the product details. In addition on the the item lines zoho asks again for the tax and when I add the correct % zoho is now calculating the total tax on an amount that already has tax. I'm trying to import a contact list for my email campaigns but it seems emails beginning with info@ and services@ are being ignored. 1. When searching devices , it would be nice if it would also show results with all devices from group with that name.
