Report - Sales by sales person report
Hello, Is it possible to add the product name that each customer bought when generating a sales by sales person report or an invoice details report? I have all the columns I need bar the product name.
Dual Delivery issue
Hello, I am using an VPS on which i have the old email server for my site. I have configured the MX records to point to zoho servers. Everything goes fine, I am able to receive/sent email to/from zoho. However, when I want to configure Dual Delivery by routing the emails to old mail server I received the following error "The destination you provided points to ZOHO MX, please change the destination to route emails." Please let me know how could I solve this issue. Thank you.

if I use free facilities. and I made a mistake to publish with the domain. and ordered CNAME Set for www and point it to zhs.zohosites.com. I mean I want to cancel publish with the domain http://languor.ru. how to restore it?

Redirect URL from hosted Payment Update page
Hi All, Why can we not redirect a customer to a specific URL after they update their payment details - surely this is a default function. It works for the main sign up hosted page so why not for the ‘update payment’ page How do you control where the user goes once they update their payment information? Thanks Gary
Blueprint Status Repetition
Is it possible to repeat the same status multiple times in a blueprint? Custom Action Button
Wondering if we can add a Custom Action Button to for each line to perform a calculation. For example, we have a number field in our form where we enter the quantity of 20. When we go to the report, we want to change the quantity to 25. Instead of editing the record and changing the value, is it possible to have a Custom Action Button on each line item that would execute a function to say +1. So in my example, I could click the +1 button five times and now the report will show the quantity as
Integration of email
How do I integrate my email with Zoho and sync it with Office outlook. I had sent this question through but received no answer. Do I need a new ap or do I have what I need in the free version. I do intend to upgrade. If I do not have the means currently to do that what package do I NEED TO UPGRADE TO.I am hoping I have what I need to do it currently. Site not published
I'm trying to publish my site under my external domain www-bodyscript-de. I added the CNAME entry and it points to zhs.zohosites.eu (I'm from Germany). And somethings getting directed to Zoho, because I see the Zoho page placeholder "welcome to mydomain, get started, etc" with the Zoho logo, but not my page. If I click on "publish" again, it just says I have to update my DNS records, which I've done. Can you please help? I don't know what else to try. Thanks

Hi there - Whenever I post a tweet with a link in it, the Twitter card does not show up unless you click on the tweet. I've been having to manually submit tweets in order for it to work properly. Can you help me with this issue please? I have attached pictures of the issue. Thank you!
My account has been blocked
I noticed my Zoho account eclipsemail@zoho.com was blocked due to suspicious activity. I never did anything suspicious with the email. I'm assuming it was either a glitch or someone hacked my account. I have paid subscriptions I can't cancel without the email. Is there any way I can get my account back? ReplyForward

SORTING OPTIONS
I work for an accounting firm and we receive a massive amount of invoices from clients. Being able to sort them effectively saves a lot of time and I see no good way to sort them. the best I can do is by time but as this does not separate them in an effective manner for us. Are you still working on adding different sorting options to your platform? Like sorting by subject.
Email issue
I set in CRM a department shared email form which I want my men write to their contact. It is fine but if a contact reply to the same email, the answer will not appear in Zoho. I can only see sent email but not the "inbox" ones... Can you help me? I want having 4 account, each for my guys. Each guys must receive, on shared email, only messages from contacts whom he is the owner and answer to them. Is it possible? Thanks

Join Tables in Live Connection
So my understanding is that it's not possible to join tables (or create lookup columns) for Live Connections with cloud databases (like Amazon Redshift). I know I can set up Data Import instead, but that's not ideal because I would quickly run into trouble with reaching the row count quota. This is the one and only reason why I can't completely replace Tableau with Zoho Analytics and it's very unfortunate. Is it possible that I'm missing something? Or if not, is this something that may be developed

Rounding a Pivot Table Report Value to 2 Decimal Places
Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to round the values in a pivot table to 2 decimal places. The pivot report is based on a view which is based on a form field called Square Foot Cost. In the scripting for this field I've included Value = Square_Foot_Cost.round(2) which seems to work well on this calculated field when displayed as a view (rounds correctly to two decimal places). However, when I created the pivot table report based on that view, it would not round to 2 decimal places.

Make Searches Not Require UPPERCASE Project and Task IDs
Please change your search bar so that ID's are not case sensitive in searches. For the longest time we could not search by a project or task. We thought it was a bug or a missing feature, but then we found that if we typed ID's into the search bar in uppercase, Zoho Projects found them. We have a task with the Task ID SU1-T65. Searching for SU1-T65 works but the lower case su1-t65 does not work. T65 works but t65 does not work. Neither SU1 nor su1 work. BTW, there is no mention of the need to

Missing support for "Alias" in macOS
Dear Zoho, currently, we've discovered that Zoho Workdrive doesn't support macOS aliases. If a user creates in the macOS Finder an alias in a folder with a reference file in Workdrive or outside it, the alias file will be synced and appear unreadable to the others. No Option to Create Custom Views
We trying to create a custom view in the Customers area, per this KB - https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/predefined-and-custom-contact-views. We do not have the + option in any of the Custom View areas.
Zoho Desk creates duplicate tickets occasionally.
When users email our support email address, Zoho Desk sometimes creates a duplicate ticket for the email. For instance, this morning we had 12 tickets opened and 5 were duplicates. This doesn't happen for all users and seems completely random. We run a very busy IT help desk. In the 8 days that we have been running Zoho Desk, we have accumulated over 300 tickets. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
How to wire up Form with Desk, so when a user submit a form, it becomes a ticket automatically? or I am not using the correct approach?
Just really a very common help desk, that either when a user send a email to my agent's email, then a ticket automatically created and when replied or resolved the user get a email update, like how zendesk work. or just simply allow any user submit a form entry and it becomes a ticket... Do I have to develop this with the API instead?
