Tags - Dropdown list of available tags
To tag a ticket, it appears the only option is to begin typing and then select from the options that appear (or create a new one, if needed). Is there any way to see a list of tags that have already been created via a drop-down list while in a ticket? The only way I have found to see existing tags is to click into the tags tab, which then takes the user out of the ticket being worked on.

A "Task Name" filter should exist in every view.
When you create new statuses, they appear under a searchable filter called Custom Status. Pretty useful. Why is it there's not searchable filter called Task name? Seems like a pretty big oversight.

Emails sending out password
I have checked my sent mailbox to find several emails sent out to unknown addresses that I did not send. Upon closer examination it appears my password was included in these emails. I have since changed my password are there further steps I should take? Many thanks
How to create outline formatting
I understand that Zoho Writer does not support outline formatting. Is there a suitable workaround that does not use the standard header formats? When ever I use the header formats for outlines, I can't use the headers for standard text headers without the outline numbering.
Customer Upload
Is it possible, or will it be possible at some point in the future, to enable an external user such as a customer, to upload files. For example: A marketing agency could create a folder in WorkDrive for a customer. They could then share the folder with the customer and the customer could upload any files that the agency needs such as their logo, etc.. I know other solutions such as Dropbox have this functionality. it would be a great feature for Zoho WorkDrive. Thanks!
Not receiving re-opened ticket email notifications
If we close a ticket and a client responds, thus reopening the ticket, our agents are not receiving an email notification. Has there been a update to Desk that has chnaged this process? It only seems to be happening today.
Very important Integration of ZOHO RECRUIT with Linkedin
Linkedin is major source to get the candidates these days. It will be nice to have Linkedin integration back as soon as possible. I spoke to Linkedin and they told that the integration got disconnected as Linkedin upgraded their API from V1 to V2. Does Zoho have any plans of upgrading API soon? If not is it in the pipeline? or Please suggest alternative ways that can make Linkedin work with Zoho recruit. Sudheer

Unable to import deals with Closing Date
Hi, I am trying to import some deal rows from an excel file. It asks me for a Closing Date column and I have two problems - 1) Even though I have populated this column on my excel with a date, the import keeps rejecting them (skipped) and the error reason is that the column value is being picked up as empty 2) I actually in the first place don't want to enter dates for this column for all rows since not all my rows are closed yet - but it seems that column cannot be empty Can someone please help.

How can I restore a complete application along with data?
Can anyone assist me as to how to completely backup and restore an application along with its data? Presently, the only solution is to download a backup zip file and then re-import the tables manually which is very tedious as you have to remap the fields completely. This is also highly prone to error. Any response would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance Shon

I need help. I know I can create a Deal for a Contact but can I create a Deal for a Lead (before converting to a Contact)? Also is there a way to automatically add the Quote created in a Lead record to a Contact record during the conversion of a Lead to a Contact? I really need help with these questions. Where is there a history of all records related to an employee?
I'm testing People for the first time. In Zoho CRM there is the account module, where you go to see the complete record of the account. In People under Performance you can click on a team mate and see KRA, skill set, feedback and summary. But nothing else. Under Organization you can click on an employee and see basic info, but nothing else. Where is the equivalent of a CRM account in People? Where would I go to see the history of everything related to an employee such as: - Attendance - Training

How To Setup SMS Text using Webhooks and Third Party SMS Provider
We have been using the Enterprise version for several years now. We use workflows to automatically email prospects and customers during different phases of the sales and customer service cycles. It works amazingly well, but we need more than an email sent, we need SMS. I've tried contacting Clickatell, Bulk SMS, etc, but they are no help in getting this to work. Neither is Zoho frankly. Has anyone done this? I'd be happy to pay someone to help me get this functioning. Thank you!

Hi, We have enabled remote authentication on our company's internal application. We want to redirect users redirection to specific url as authenticated. For example, There is a Knowledge Base button on our internal application which is linked to Zoho KB portal. Is there any workaround that a user will visit Knowledge base portal as an authenticated user? Currently we can only redirect to Zoho Support Portal home page. but i want them to redirect to knowledge base page. Thanks

Hi I am trying to import existing invoices from a csv file into Zoho Books and get this error for the entries in "Invoice Level Tax": Value in the field does not match with the data type supported by us. I want to change my current mailbox email address, but when a try to add new Mailbox alias I get this message: Alias Email Id already exists I want to add a new alias with support@.... and add it to the primary mailbox address so I can receive and send emails from new email. (I've created a few weeks ago an account with support@... email and then deleted it, I think it's because of that)

Setting default value in pop-up for Lookup field with "Allow new entries" option
I have 2 tables, Sample and Test, with a bi-directional relation. In the Sample table, I have a multi-select lookup field with the "Allow new entries" option enabled. When the user clicks the Add New function, a pop-up box appears with the Test form. The form has no value in the Sample field on the Test form. I want this field to default to the sample from which the new entry was initiated so the user can't accidentally select a different sample. How do I make this work?
Can't select my different email alias
Hi, I had created one main email for my account (admin.mysite) and 2 email alias (info.mysite and sales.mysite) but now I have noticed I can only send email from info.mysite and I cannot choose the other emails. I changed nothing in my account and when I check on my control panel, the email alias are still there. Thanks for your help

Hi, Whenever I visit mailadmin.zoho.com, the page redirects to https://www.zoho.com/mail/. Means, I am not able to login to my Zoho mail admin console directly. I have to firstly login to Zoho mail and then navigate to control panel. It is hectic for me, I had tried this in many systems, but the same problem every in every pcs.
