Filter in report by field in form
how can I filter a report or page to show only data that is equal to a field in a form? Example: I have a form that has the following fields. Form: FilterForm dates: name, emailfilter. Have a report Customers and I want you to show me all the clients that in the field filter = emailfilter. (from the FilterForm form) How can I do it in a filter? and on a page?

Our mail office@kontinental24h.com was marked as spam. If I am not mistaking this happened because we are sending similar mails with our offers to our customers who left their mail address after having a phone call with them, if this is unacceptable and breaking the policy in some manner, we will change our flow. It seems that there are no ways to customize the 3 predefined User Roles given in Zoho Books? This is a real turn off for our company. There are employees who are not suppose to see account balances and expense reports, but need to be able to create estimate and send invoices and check contacts. When will Zoho Books users will be able to do that?

Misleading "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain" error
When I navigate to the Mail Administration section in the Control Panel, I see the error: "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain(s). Please enable it in your Control panel to receive emails in Zoho." But I did enable the domain! The "Domains" section of the Control Panel, shows that everything is set up correctly (except DKIM). I can correctly receive and send emails using the domain. Please advise!
Need to delete item from purchase order after received all items.
I created a purchase order with two entries for the same item, then clicked receive all items, before realizing I had a duplicate item. I am unable to delete the duplicate item after having recorded it as received. How do I correct this? Julia
Gdrive attachment links are being converted to docx type files
We did try to attach a Gdrive link to one our tickets for the first time. The extension of the file does change to "docx" after the link is accepted and the extension of the downloaded file has to be changed to its original format (mp4 in our case) before using the file. PS : Please move this problem report to the "Zoho Desk" community. I did select "Zoho Desk" when sending it but it did somehow end up in here.

Fetching fields from a Form and placing them in a Subform
I Have a form called Employees where their Name, Role and Rate is specified. I have another form called Project Details with a Subform in it called Project Workers where we specify the workers working on the project. The Project Workers subform has a lookup (drop down) field called Employees, when you click on it and pick an employee from the drop down list, the Rate of this worker is pulled from the Employees form and displayed in a single line field called Rate. notes issapeared after turning on network
I created 2 notes on my android device. After I got home I turned on the wifi and realized that those notes are not in the app on my android phone anymore. I signed in to zoho account and I can still see them. How can I make the notes appear in my android app? I didn't move them and they dissapeared.
Notebook on Apple Watch don´t work
i want to use Notebook with Siri on my Apll Watch Series 4. In the settings of my iPhone I save the command "new notice". When i ask Siri "new notice" on the iPhone it works well. But when I ask Suire on the watch, she said "continue on iPhone" it makes no sense. Is there sonmething in the settings wrong? Thank you for yor help.

Why shared (delegated) calendars do not appear in OS X ?
Bonjour, We, in our organization, shared (delegation mode) calendars between us. I could add my calendar in OS X Calendar app (following this link https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/caldav-sync-zoho-calendar.html). The problem is the calendars i can modify in Zoho (because of the delegation) do not appear in Calendar app ! (See the screenshot of my Calendar Preferences panel in OS X).

Cannot add another dashboard
I have a db which currently has 2 dashboards. I am attempting to add a third, however when I drag a report to the "right hand side" it doesn't drop into place. I seem to be able to add widgets and text but no reports. Possibly related is that when I try to add another report to one of the existing dashboards the same thing happens. Thanks.

Invetory value is visible even after hiding the purchase price to user
Hi, we hide the purchase price for sales staff and enables inventory reports for them since they need to check lot of reports , but when we enable the Inventory Reports, they can also see Inventory Valuation Summary, which is a BIG BIG bug in my opinion. With one function you want to hide the purchase price from them but it got of no use if they can access the inventory valuation summary. So i think, when we hide the purchase price from one user, inventory valuation summary should not be visible

Hello, When CVs are parsed from the Resume Inbox, what is the difference between "Overwrite existing candidate data" and "Retain Existing Candidate data". When overwriting which fields are not affected by the overwrite ? Does "Retain Existing Candidate Data" created a clone candidate ? Or it just keeps existing data while parsing in missing data ? auto adding time
hey everyone is there anyway to auto add time to a ticket? it is too slow for us to have to click into the top menu to add time to a ticket. Is there a way to create a macro where the team can just do something like +10m would equal adding 10 minutes to a ticket? would save us a ton of time
Cannot send reply with the Help Center
Our customers are experiencing issues using the Help Center. Whenever they try to add a ticket or reply, the "Send" button is grayed out. Did someone had this issue before? Unfortunately Zoho internal support could not help us in timely fashion.

This really could do with a major overhaul! I really think we should have sub-customers! A scenario: We supply Google with all their equipment. They have offices / server centres & subdivisions world wide. They buy on a regional basis but when a payment is > £100,000.00.00, the payment has to be authorised & come from head office, smaller ( piddly :-O ) amounts can come from regional centres.
