Display Customer information in ticket ?
Hi, We successfully implemented Zoho Desk in our small support team recently, and one feature would ease our way to better answer our customer : I Would like to have some custom fields from Customer profile directly visible from the ticket view. - is it possible, to have those fields reported to the tickets as lookup field ? how ? - if Not : it would be a nice improvement for Zoho desk Thank you ! How do you duplicate or clone a mail merge template in Zoho People? I want to create standardized company contracts, but don't what to have to create each one from scratch. Any way to duplicate or at lease load the same header and footer on each document?
Why is there excess white space in my incoming emails?
Recently some of my incoming emails have about 2.5" of white space between the subject and the sender information. It's not possible to scroll through this so the body of the email winds up being about a quarter of the height it normally would be. This makes it pretty difficult to read. I'm using Mozilla Firefox (current version) on a Windows 10 desktop. Sometimes when I reopen the email the white space is gone but I can't reliably make it go away and stay away. Is there a setting that's gone

What Zoho product should I use?
We are a small bespoke manufacturing company. We are currently using Asana to manage order production (customer name, order form, and tracking number), but this is inefficient. We are keeping a separate spreadsheet to report to wholesale clients their weekly sales and product shipments. I would love to have something to be able to track orders, shipments, invoices, as well as inventory. Any suggestions?

Bidirectional Relation on subform not available
Hello, I've created a blank subform and added a lookup field to it. For some reason the Bidirectional Relation option on that lookup field within the subform cannot be turned on (the checkbox before Bidirectional Relation is there but nothing happens when I click on it). The subform is designed to add Contact names to an Account form, and I'd like the Account itself to be shown when looking at the Contact data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Al

Certain documents not syncing
Hello - This morning we logged into find out that some documents did not sync correctly. Documents were uploaded by one user, then synced to another users computer. The 1st user checked their documents the day later and did not see the documents but they were still visible in the other users zoho docs. Not sure why this is occurring?

Using Zoho DataBridge to connect a Firebird Database
I`m trying to connect my local firebird DB with my zoho analytics account, but in the importing page there isn't the firebird type of DB. Databridge can`t be used with firebird? Vendor for every store and restaurant expense?
As a sole proprietor, I end up with a lot of expenses from coffee shops near my home and online stores like Amazon, for little miscellaneous purchases while I'm working. It seems absurd to create a Vendor record for each of these retailers (especially since my plan has a limit on contacts). However, I feel like certain Zoho Books features really want me to have a Vendor for every expense. (For instance, searching banking records by description seems nearly impossible.) How do I use the web clipper to add to a note?
It seems like it can only create new, separate notes? The how-to video looks like they are using it to add a photo to an existing note (car) but doesn't show how they got that note selected to add to it.

Hello Zoho Mail, I have this issue for almost a week now. I notice that the emails I send, about 90% stays in 'In-Queue' status and I tried logging out and logging in and refreshing and clear cache but nothing happens. It's still the same. Need to be able to copy a closed Task
It would be great if it would be possible to Copy a closed task. Having to open a task to copy it and then Close it (and remember to return the completed date back to the original date) is very cumbersome. This is one of many limitations of working with Completed tasks.
