Updating Individual Interviews is a challenge. Can we have an upload feature . Where we update an interview sheet in XL - the way i do it currently - and upload it on zoho once at the end of the day. Currently the process is too comber - some and slow. And not worth the effort.

How do I use different hourly rates for different people and their tasks when invoicing from Zoho Projects?
When I create an invoice out of Zoho Projects (Timesheet tab), I'm asked for just one hourly rate. I need to use a different hourly rate for different people, even if they are putting time in on the same task. I know I can break out lines in the invoice separately to accomplish this, but that is, obviously, manual and risky. How do I do this automatically? Can I enter a billable rate for an individual somewhere? On the invoice, can I specify which person the hours are associated to, then change

Hello zoho, My understanding of the desktop app is that it also puts a copy of it on desktop. This worries me in two situations: Can a employee add this to there home desk top? Is there a setting in which I can I stop this from happening? What if we lose or gets one of our laptop stolen? I understand that I can cut the communication between a computer and zoho but , does it leave a copy on the computer? is there a way to erase these files remotley? Thanks in advance for your answer!

Zoho emails with domain name have been set up and were working but can not not be accessed
We have about 20 zoho email addresses for our domain name@thesharkstail.com and for some reason we can no longer read or access our emails. They were working before but we think someone has accessed either our godaddy domain account or our zoho account and changed something that is now stopping them from working.. Searching Emails
I would to be able to search through my emails by date. I don't see any option in the advanced search menu to be able to sort emails by a specific date. Is there a way to do this? Please let me know and I look forward to hearing back from anyone. Thanks.
Forwarding a Google G Suite Group email with domain email routing
Hi! I tried to forward or redirect our support email, that is a G Suite group email, to Zoho. However the instructions at help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/forwarding-your-support-emails-to-zoho-desk seems to be wrong, they didn't work and after some investigations I got another solution working, see below. Could you confirm that my working solution is ok from your point of view and not break anything in Zoho? My working solution: As Single recipient use our own support email, i.e. support@mydomain.com

Error zoho mail, hidden message editor
It is not possible to send or reply to messages, webmail is not providing the text editor for the message, and returns the error "TypeError: Z.getContent is not a function" when trying to send the message.

Custom PDF from module
I am trying to generate a PDF like a quote but from the custom module for our workflow. When we have an opportunity we need to generate a PDF with details about the project and I created a custom module to hold that information but now I would like to generate a PDF using a custom Invoice Template with that data, is that possible? or is there a different way to do this? Basically I trying to create another "quote" module which would be called "Project Data" and use custom fields to generate a PDF
Cannot invite new users
Hello, I am on a Finance Plus trial with a focus on using the Inventory application. I only have one user (the owner) able to access anything. All other users are "pending" and they never received their invitations. Invitations are not received on gmail.com, our business G Suite accounts, or on outlook.com. I created a zoho.com email and invited that one, the invite was received. It appears that the Zoho application is having trouble sending the email to other domains. 5 users limit and no IMAP is a joke!
Guys, yo used to have 25 free users limit and allow to use IMAP in free account and I was pretty much happy with the service despite occasional IMAP and SMTP denial of service. I have just wasted an hour to setup a new account for a small startup only to find out that I can not add now more than 5 users and no IMAP? Hi CRM: I am trying to create reports in Analytics from data in CRM which I would like to filter by User role. Role isn't included in the Analytics User table and when I looked at the configuration in CRM the User table was shown in the list of modules you can select additional fields for. Hi, I'm currently trying to develop a user aid in Pages, for users to filter multiple reports by Job ID. I would like a dynamically populated dropdown box at the top of the page (it's populated by the Job ID's the user has created via certain forms). Then once the user has selected a Job ID from the dropdown box, this filters the reports on the rest of the page. Getting data from sub form
I've read thru a several examples but can't find or create a deluge script that does what I need. Attached is a screenshot of my form called "Business Activities".
