Hi there! i´m new in the Zoho Desk software, and i have to say i´m impressed with all the great features they have. Specially, with the chat feature. I´m being customizing and testing it, and its great, but there is one thing i would like to know. When i clik to end a chat, the customer sees a message in english. Since all my customers speaks spanish, i would like to know if there is a way to customize that message, or at least, translate it to spanish. Is there a way? maybe im blind and i didn´t
Can you select multiple calendar dates in an answer?
I'm new to Survey and run a small appointment based business. For scheduling purposes, I need to send out a survey every month asking each customer if they plan to be missing any upcoming appointments (for vacation, work, etc). These answers will be identified to the person, not anonymous. I expect many to pick multiple non-consecutive date (isolated days), or pick a range of dates (say, 1 whole week gone). Is it possible to pick multiple days with the Calendar question? If not, is there a workaround

Data Merge Tags in Text Blocks
Zoho Reports is fantastic! Unfortunately, if there are text blocks explaining data in the charts or telling a bit of a story that features numbers, we cannot control data in the text blocks with user filters. If merge tags were available, we may be able to do this more frequently. For now, use of the Zoho Reports to tell stories is rather limited.

Tiered Pricing Structure on Invoice
Is there a way to develop a multi-tier pricing structure on an invoice in Zoho. For instance there may be 4 line items on the invoice. error message in Zoho creator from a link to form on our google site
The user fills in all of his/her data and clicks on 'submit'. Once that happens this error message pops up 'Error occurred please contact application owner'. The link to the form is on a google site. The error happens from time to time and is inconsistent in the circumstances. I will get one or two calls and then nothing and then a couple of months will go by and it will happen again. It is usually accessing using a phone (android and iphone). Can't pinpoint the issue.

Hi, I have been exploring some of the coding functionality in Zoho Cliq and I believe it has the ability to create a custom Delete/Edit message feature within chat messages. However in trying to create the relevant script I'm a little unsure as to the correct syntax relevant to the command type. Is there something I have missed?? I oversee ZOHO help desk for a regional education authority ( like a school district) with over 40 locations. Teachers at these locations add their own tickets using the Web portal and select their location from a customised field in the portal form. Hi, It would be really helpfull to be able to show the EBITDA on the P&L since the Depreciation account is under the « expense » category of account, we cannot do it. It woud be helpfull to be able to change type of account to all « system accounts » to be able the change presentation. Not being able to Receive Mail (Specifically from Gmail)
I'm using email hosting from zoho with my own purchased domain (www.aspiregarments.com). I can send emails from zoho, but not receiving emails. Actually, I'm not missing all the emails, but some are going through and some are not being sent.
