I can receive emails from all the servers. However any emails sent to GMAIL (ONLY) are not received by the intended recipient. My ZOHO MAIL IS: LUTZ@INANZ.COM
In Zoho Project is there a way to assign equipment to a task or milestone?
I'm using Zoho project to plan, schedule and track service. I need to track what truck is assigned to that service. I cannot double book that truck. I don't see where in project you can track equipment. I'm testing using the 'free' version. Maybe I need to be on enterprise to track equipment?

Our agent statistics are grossly incorrect due to the 'on-hold' status not pausing the clock. I know this is a known issue, but is there any other workaround to getting more accurate stats?
Hi, The main reason my organization purchased ZohoDesk is to get accurate ticketing statistics. Since sometimes customers take a long time to answer, our resolution time is insanely wrong. It marks one agent currently as 120hr response time. That isn't fair for the agent, because we like to use statistics to judge agent efficacy. Is there any possible workaround for a different way to make the statistics more accurate?
Schedule executing a workflow
My general question is why is there such disconnection between all the data manipulation tools. One of the examples is that I have a workflow that updates a field of a record with some information from related modules. Candidate emails with more attachments (CVs) - only one gets parsed
Hello, this is a longterm problem, however, it causes a lot of time consuming manual entries. When a candidate sends an application to a job posting where there are more than 1 attachments (always) only one attachment gets really attached into attachments, others not. We are especially fighting with applications from one job board, which contain an html file which gets always parsed, but is completely useless. Need to switch back to older version
Hi All, I really don't like this new version of zoho email, it looks messy and things are not right in place. I don't know what you feel but its my personal impression. I don't find any option right on top of the right side. seems its been default mail interface which I really don't want. Connecting to outlook.com smtp server
Hi, Trying to set upp my outlook.com email account as a send to address in zoho using outlook's smtp server. On the settings page in zoho for adding an external from address I can't get the settings to stick. Custom smtp Port 587 TLS Authentication Yes Username Password I can add all these details in but the Update button when clicked produces a spinning icon but I remain on the page when the icon disappears and can't progress. Any thoughts? Thanks
Original CV preview box on main record (like the Job Opening)
Instead of having to click Attachments on a record and preview to see a candidates CV from their record, it would be great if there was a preview box with their CV on the actual Candidate record main page. Anything to reduce clicks is helpful.

I need to make a change in Education Detail section. Because Degree translation to spanish is not accurate for us, I need to change the field label or create a new field with the right label, but I'm not allowed to delete/change the degree field. I can't move the field to another "trash" section and I can't create a new field because of the license I have. You can see the attached ppt. What do you suggest I can do? Thank you!!
