SalesIQ Chat code interference in Microsoft Edge
We've installed the chat code on our website and it works great. Unfortunately, for clients using Microsoft Edge, the buttons do not animate (i.e. you click the button, it does what it should, but it does not appear to push down.), and client-side form validation is interefered with. No such issues for clients using Google Chrome.

I'd really like to use images from Dropbox in my product catalogue on Zoho ... so I only need to have one copy of a file for almost every application I use. I've tried adding ?raw=1 to my links from Dropbox to make the image embeddable, but I get broken image links displayed in my report. We have ZOHOCRM Professional and our customers are consumers. Their account is their name and so there are no CONTACTS within the account, as the customers name = the account name. I am facing issues in sending out mails to certain email ids to which I have previously sent mails. The message box reads "These mails have been blocked and WILL NOT be sent". Kindly let me know why this is happening and how to avoid this issue.

I installed the tool but had an issue with it installing the password sync tool so uninstalled. Tried to re-install however it says its already linked to my account so can't authorise. Hi, We have access to 20 templates yet when I logged into Zoho today to create a new project (using an existing template), the template didn't duplicate the template tasks. Hello, I am not sure if this is technically a "new" feature but I have a suggestion. I would like the Alert emails via set up workflows to come from "notifications@zohorecruit.com". All of the "@usernames" emails come from "notificaitons@zohorecruit.com" and this works really well. I was hoping for all notificaitons to come from the same email. Thanks Steve Harrington

My colleague had problem that she could not receive mail from customer, I already followed these step. Check in spam mail -> nothing there. Check on receiver name -> correct. As customer if they receive any returned mail -> none. All I can say that, mail was already sent from customer. Reached to zoho server but look like the mail could not delivered. Please check. I have created a customer portal with multiple forms & reports and two html pages - one containing an embedded form & report, and the other an invoice template. I have set all the Module-Level permissions to access for the report. The forms and reports can be accessed fine by the customer portal user, but when the portal user hits the html pages - they are prompted for another log-in? One thing of note - If I am logged in as a zoho user in another browser, they portal users can access the HTML

My nonprofit is trying to start using ZOHO Crm. We have had several past events and we have lots of donors from each. Would it be better to use Zoho Creator and the Donor Management app or should we set up Zoho CRM to reflect the fact that we're a non-profit and not a typical sales-related business?
