Hi, I recently came across a new chat platform that integrates AI for their interactions on websites. Is there any plans to offer the possibility to add chatbot to SalesIQ that can replace forms, that is linked to my CRM calendar so that my visitors can also book an appointment directly without going through a lengthy back and forth communication? Maybe an idea for a marketplace add-on.
Zoho can not connect to the Host Server
About an hour ago began getting message "The server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number." Having issues with all accounts. Attaching the screen shot of the error message. Also, checked with my host, observing no issues. Please advise. Thank you

I am getting 50 or more of these messages per day - am I alone ? I have contacted ZOHO on several occasions to report and ask why and what can I do to stop it ... no response so far. My suspicion is that these messages are being generated from within Zoho mail and thus bypassing their spam filter. Hi. Since this morning I have not received any emails. I have tried sending myself emails from other accounts (non zoho) and I am not receiving anything to my zoho account. We are currently trialling zoho on my account with a view to rolling out into the office so if there are issues I would like to get them resolved during this test period. Can you see what the problem is please? Thanks
Get ticket by number returns empty

Hang on android 8.1
Hi there, I'm facing a strange issue. On Android 8.1, Notebook starts up and simply hangs showing its icon in the center of the screen. I have to force close it and relaunch, everything is back to normal: it works. After some time I launch it again, hang. Tried to clear cache, uninstall/install, just the same. Also it gives me no visible error.
Notes deleted after account made
I sent feedback through the app and tried to post something here a couple days ago, but I still haven’t recieved a reply so I decided to try again. I’ve used the Notebook app for a year or so on my iPhone and have loved it, but two days ago when I finally made an account (a little late, I’ll admit), most of my notes were deleted; out of maybe thirty or so, only nine survived. I tried to send an e-mail, but I have no clue if it went through. I just made an accounr to sync my notes, but in doing so, about 80% of my notes are now missing. They aren’t in my trash or anything. I’m in a bit of a panic. How can I get them back?

HELP!!! ZOHO API DOSENT WORK!!
Sadly The Zoho Company is not the best at answering support Tickets. It has now been over 24 hours and still no response so i am forced to try and get support from The fine people of this community. In our CRM We have two layouts. One of the layouts is named RDR1 and the other is the default. Where i run the command getFields It comes back with only the default Fields none of our custom fields. Make Zoho my default Webmail Link in Firefox
I would like to make Zoho my default Webmail in Firefox. The only two choices I see is Gmail and Yahoo. I looked at Firefox config “gecko.handlerService.schemes.mailto.” and it seems I could possibly add one here or edit the Yahoo or Gmail one to point to Zoho. Easy way to get spreadsheet data to auto create and assign CRM lead
I am looking for a way to create an "easy button" or a very simple way to convert a spreadsheet to a lead in Zoho CRM without going through the import process. A file is downloaded from a 3rd party site and I need an easy way to convert the excel spreadsheet to leads. Is there a way to create a custom function to do this?
One sign up form that goes to multiple contact lists
I have several mailing lists that are not the same, but only want one sign up form on my website. When I go to associate my sign up form, it won't let me pick all of them, just one. Does this mean that they will not go to the lists they pick? If I associate the list with my general "Contacts' List, but they pick Speaker and Author from my lists on my form, will they only go to Contacts, or will they go to all three subscriber lists?
Can't get to webmail.
When navigating to mail.zoho.com, the screen is stuck on the Loading... screen. Where can I find the link to view the campaign online? There is a statement at he bottom of the campaign that goes out that says "Online version is here", but there is no link.

Hola, Cuando estaba registrando un nuevo dominio, perdí el tiempo de validación de el código de confirmación enviado a mi teléfono y cuando lo introduje me salio que era incorrecto, trate de enviarme un código nuevo pero este nunca llego y luego la ventana se recargo. Volví al registro a intentar de nuevo, pero ahora me sale que el dominio y mi teléfono ya están registrados y que debo hacer login, pero cuando trato de ingresar me dice que mi cuenta no existe. Form updates system-defined layout in Deals but not a custom layout
When the form integration settings have Module is Deals and the Layout is (system default), the integration works. When the same form is used and Module is Deals and the Layout is my custom layout, the integration doesn't work. Any ideas?

Needs help with lookup list based on the value of another lookup field
I have a lookup field from “Module A” to a record in “Module B”. I created “Module C” which have a lookup field to a record in “Module A” and a lookup field to a record in “Module B”. Within a record in “Mdule C”, If I selected a value in lookup field to “Module A”, then a list of record which associated with “Module A” from “Module B” should populate when I start looking up value in the lookup field to re ord in “Module B”. Wanting to move from Quickbooks Enterprise
I really like the Zoho Books layout, the integration with the CRM is better although still clunky (finance invoices/sales orders in the CRM aren't the same as the non-finance invoices/sales orders, but I am guessing in time that'll be resolved)... The system seems to do what we need - accounting, project management, supplier management, invoicing/sales orders, case management, crm - I mean it really functions the same as a full ERP system. US Tax code: IRS Form Schedule C: Business Profit /Loss
New to ZOHO Books: Is there a form or report that captures Income minus deductible expenses for Schedule C reporting, ie, applying US tax code. Change Company/SLA on Ticket according to Domain email comes from
If I have an email come in from user1@company.com or user2@company.com or any user from that domain - I want the ticket to change to the Account name and activate the SLA I have assigned to that account so the ticket times starts as soon as it arrives. I know I can assign contacts to an account and that links them but if I have a company with hundreds of users, that's not a practical option. I couldn't find a way to do it with a rule or workflow - I couldn't see how to use a wildcard i.e *@company.com.
Default setting for "Email Sent from"
How do I set the "emails sent from CRM" to be "All" as the default for a lead? When it is set to me (default), I cannot see other emails sent by the crm. I have to change it manually every time I open a lead. I have attached an image to help.

How do I turn off the reminder emails for events on my calendar? Previous instructions said "click on calendar icon" then to "options" -- where is "options? I see Settings, but can't find where to turn this off.

Use Workflow or Formula Field for VAT Calculation
Hi, I need to calculate the VAT based on the rate selected in a dropdown, so far I have managed to calculate the Net cost based on the Unit Cost multiplied by the Quantity. The VAT dropdown has 3 options, 0, 0.05, 0.20 depending on which is selected the Net Cost will be multiplied by the VAT however I'm running in to syntax errors My field names are... New HTML invoice templates
Thank you for this great feature Zoho guys. Can you tell me if I've done something wrong by looking at the attached image, the rate field is showing all squished up but I don't want it on the template ? There is no entry for this field in the HTML code ??? Update : - missed this : This preview does not show the Customised Template. But still needs to be tidied up methinks ?
