Populate data from 1 field to another in the same Module.

I'd like to be able to log a client submission without having to email through zoho mail feature. I am having a hard time running reports that give me the data I need without having this function. This was an option that we used while with Bullhorn and I think it is an important feature for you to have for managers looking to track team performance.

Unable to Export My own Data-Export Links sent Do not work
We have 12 users in Zoho recruit. I Want a backup of my data. It seems that i have have to pull my hair. I have used the export option but after that when the links are sent in mail, links do not work. Plus one of the data link which works , Email , phone and other columns are all empty. ANYONE CAN HELP HERE. It is my data and we cannot have own data back. Support seems to be non-existent here.

Is there a way to create a report that shows deals closed this month (with subtotal) vs. the same month prior year? And would this require the Zoho Reports add-on?

Hi, it would be really beneficial if you can search by last note. For example for candidates or contacts if I leave a note and set there status to not looking I would like to run a search (Last note older than 30 days) this will allow me to see candidates and contacts previously set not looking who have not been spoken to for 4 weeks.

I am trying to show a final report to all viewers, but when i do that, the FORM I use to prepare the REPORT also is available to all. How do I ONLY make the REPORT available. If they see the form then they can change the data which I do not want.

SMS - with Job Opening field
hi, I'm accidentally sending SMS message without the Job Opening because I click without adding the Job Opening. It would be good if you could prevent this by stopping the message and requesting the field be completed - this happens with Emails. It would be a great addition to the SMS.
Fetch from Another App?
Can you use the fetch command to lookup data from a different app? I have a look up field that references another app. However, if I try to access the selected field data in deluge, it returns the ID number. I need to use the selected data from the other app in deluge. Something like: MyCollector = AnotherApp.SomeForm (ID == input.MyLookup); ItemColor = MyCollector.Color;

Hello, I would love the ability to have the job reference number appear on the job portal. Would be a relative easy addition, just allow the ref number to be displayed in the columns. If you could add this feature it would be of great benefit.

LEAD Ownership
Is there a way that you can MASS UPDATE the Lead Owner Field? I am importing from a CSV thousands of leads and I would like to assign them in bulk to certain saile people. Is there a way to either MASS UPDATE or even better, how do I know what LEAD OWNER ID to enter for a specific person? Is it a number? I tried thier names and that does not work, it seems to ignore it and still assign me as the owner since I imported those leads.
