I have tried syncing my contacts to my phone from exchange server. However it only pulls the contact email address not the contacts phone number. Can this be fixed. Zoho Sign Templates With Recruit Integration
Trying to setup templates that are "fillable" and "signable" with Zoho Sign and are available in Zoho recruit. If I setup a template in Zoho sign it does not show up anywhere in Zoho recruit when I try to send a candidate a document to sign. It only gives me options to use a document template from within Zoho, but this requires that we enter the fillable field such as text and check boxes each time a document goes out. Anyone have experience with this?

How do i sync/attach a google doc to zoho projects? Every time i do it, it wants to "upload" the doc and put it into zoho drive. That is absolutely not what I want. Let's face it: Zoho docs is terrible. Google is way ahead, and I want to use GOOGLE DOCS, not zoho!! ALl i want is a reference to my GOOGLE drive. Hi. I use the Zoho creator app for my work. It works very well and I am mostly pleased with it, but there is one aspect in particular that is highly annoying and time inefficient. When I press the submit button and successfully submit data, it pops up with a 'Data Added Successfully' message. I then have to click the ok button to acknowledge it before it reloads the form. Is it possible to mark an assigned task complete and remove form task list?
I am new to Zoho forms. We have created a form that is associated with a rule to assign a particular task to a user, which is tracked on the form itself. Once the user completes it's tasks on the form and hits submit, it still shows under his task list. Is there a way to have the task marked as complete and removed from the task list? The only option was to assign the task to the super admin, but it then shows under the super admin tasks. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, On our Zoho we just brought in a new employee. I've sent him the invitation about three times but each time I send it, he accepts it and it just trys to sign him up for a free account. We have a number of e-mail templates created in CRM. Today, when we go to send an e-mail and choose a template, the subject line and attachment load, but the body portion of the e-mail is blank. When I go into settings to edit templates, every single template has a blank preview. We use the templates numerous times daily, so this issue just started today.

I am trying to sort records in a for each loop and it appears that it is not sorting. The records always appear to sort in the order of the record ID rather than the field name 'Priority'. Make ListTickets API More Robust With Field Filtering
Specifically I'd like to be able to fetch tickets that have an assigned due date and are open (ideally sorted by due date). This would allow me to track tickets that are due, generate customized reporting, and send notifications through a variety of channels. But being able to filter based on any arbitrary field in the schema would be incredible. (Have you considered GraphQL?)
