getting Support To Answer Clearly
hello, I would like to know, and I am sure I am not the only one, wondering why support for this product has a habit of blaming outside forces on problems and only once a customer ( please re-read that word Support, CUSTOMER) has to play monkey in the middle to get you to admit it was your issue. I have wasted days waiting only to find out that it really is a Zoho issue. What do your customers have to do in order to get support to actually support us? please let me know.
Anyway to see what the customer sees in his customer portal before him ?
I want to be able to see exactly what and how the customer is going to see in his portal before ! enabled it. As a matter of fact i would like to see his portal at all times. Sometimes a customer calls and talks to me about what he sees in his portal and as i do not have the same view (i do have the elements : quotes, invoice, paiements), i cannot assit him correctly during the support call.
Zoho Docs collaborator not able to upload and create any new docs
Our team of 5 just started using zoho docs 2 weeks ago to keep our files together, all with admin access and 5G storage One of our collaborators on Zoho docs for some reason cannot upload or create anything, but can only see what others have shared with him. Word document, jpeg, pdf, you name it, all are not usable. the error message is : " file exceed user limit " what limit? he has not used any of his 5G, the doc he wants to upload is a one page word doc Please help!!

Hi! I cannot find a good way to export my candidates email addresses. I want it nice and clean in different column into Excel (via csv). I was able to it before the newer design, but now all candidate information ends up in the same Excel cell (csv). All of it. Please help!

Is there a way to mass update the status of a job opening? I'd like to be able to close multiple job openings, or reopen multiple job openings in one action. Additionally, the ability to remove or add "Hot" to multiple job openings at once would be extremely useful.

bulk edit on task layout custom fields doesnt work
bulk editing a set of tasks works fine when you are bulk editing the status of the tasks, but it does NOT work when you are bulk editing one of the custom fields.

Will Zoho ever have a feature to import the active document? Word doc or pdf doc, doesnt matter. MaxHire and BullHorn both have this feature and I loved it.

Hello I have a field called job title and I want to search records based on this field. For example I am trying to search for CTO. The problem is when I do a searching asking for records those job title "contains" "CTO", I also find a lot of records those job title is "director of ...". Assessments
Need to have Pre-Screener and Assessment as different categories. A pre-screener is associated with the job post for more information, but the assessment option should be able to assess skills by administering a quiz. Having the option to add multiple assessments is needed. We need to have assessments attached to different stages in the blueprint recruiting process.
