Fonts are changing sizes and look differently on mobile (Gmail) and Outlook (Web)
Is anybody having a problem where the text appears a different size on mobile devices than on Outlook? I finally got the email to display properly on PC's and then went on to do a final test on mobile before sending only to discover that half of the text is randomly in a bigger font. This is highly annoying as the email was ready to go, and now I have to go and fiddle around with it so that it will display correctly on mobile. Hello, I have a personal POP email account tied in with Zoho CRM, and I send emails within Zoho CRM. I get the stream of the sent emails within Accounts, however, the responses/reply emails do not show up. Is there a way for both sent and received email stream to show in Accounts? Thanks!
Get A List Of Potentials filtered by a "Custom Field Value"
Hello, I am new to the Zoho CRM API and was hoping someone could give me some guidance. I need to pull a list of "Potentials" based on a value in a Custom Field. On the "Potential Page" for a Contact there are 2 fields called "Order Kit ID" and "Order Kit Status" I want to pull all data for potentials where the "Order Kit Status" is "Pending" Can anyone give me any hints/tips please? ZOHO CRM/Account is INACTIVE?
When I try to login to my account mpage[at]yourwayhome[dot]co it says the account is inactive. I have no emails from ZOHO or anything discussing why the account is inactive. I need this fixed URGENTLY my ENTIRE business rides on the data that is in that CRM. The email was formerly [at]americandreamls[dot]com but we changed the company name. Please I desperately need to service my clients and there statuses are all in that account.

I have been a zoho user for more than 5 years. We have more than 20 premium users. We pay the license annually in advance. We love Zoho. But recent changes to subscription plans are not good. I have published a view/report from within Zoho Creator with a PermaLink with a long random string in it. I have enabled this Report to be exported by users. But if a user opens the link without logging in, the view can't be exported. Is this by design? This is not very convenient.

Hi, I was wondering if it may be possible in the future to use www.squareup.com as a payment gateway so when i use my square up credit card slider and a payment is made zoho invoice will see that is was paid via square up however i would have to reflect the Invoice# on square up in order for this to work? just a suggestion i am sure there would have to be some interaction with the square up company in order for the two to work seamlessly. I was under my account > Profile > Email Address when I saw an option to add email. I clicked Add Email and it asked for an email and existing password. I thought it was asking to verify my existing account so I entered my existing email and password. However my phone auto corrected Zoho into Soho.
