Convert string to number in formula for total sum.
Hey all, thanks for the helpful response for my last question. Hopefully this one will be a just as painless. I'm trying to take the sum of 4 string values in order to calculate a total. I know in order to do this I need to convert those string values to numeric values however I seem to be missing something. Tonumber(Sum1) + Tonumber(Sum2) returns: Tonumber cannot be resolved. I've also tried, Sum1.toLong + Sum2.toLong returns: Variable 'Sum1' is not declared Thanks in advance!

Hi, Just to confirm, based on (https://www.zoho.com/workplace/pricing.html?src=zmail), when a company use beyond 25 free users, is the standard package charges against the 26th users and onwards or all 26 users? Recurring invoice vat time lines no vat
I have recurring invoices that add timehseet lines to the invoice. This is a welcome feature. The only thing is that these lines do not have VAT calculated. Because we send these invoice directly, we now have troubles every month with some invoices that not have the correct VAT. I can't find any option that enables this. Please help

I've set up a new user at my rodram.com domain but I'm not able to set up the account on a mobile phone. I can't seem to figure out what the incoming and outgoing mail servers are. The user can get into the Zoho webmail app using their [user name]@rodram.com and password but these credentials aren't working for the poppro.zoho.com incoming server or the smtp.zoho.com outgoing server. Can you help?

To begin, I want to give you a little background as to how I view emails. My typical behavior is reviewing the Inbox and Spam folders. This is a decent system, because I can filter out the spam that I do want from my important email (Inbox). But, this system breaks down when I get tons of emails from sources I never want to see email from, i.e. spam bots and hacked sites. I've been a happy user for years. I don't remember anyone's email address, I rely on Zoho autocompleting for the people I routinely send email to. This week it's just stopped. Hi Guys: I have sent invite links to my technicians. When they click the JOIN button, they are prompted to start a free trial! How can I get them from PENDING to Active? What could I be missing? When creating custom views the results are inconsistent with the tickets on the system: Created a custom view with the exact same filter criteria: the first shows 35 tickets the second shows 1. Are anyone experiencing this same issue?
Can I edit the plain text version of my campaign separately from the HMTL version?
I have a campaign and I have uploaded the HTML and that works great. However I would like the plain text version of this email to read differently than the HTML version. In other campaign managers I've used you can edit the HTML version and also edit the Plain text version so you can get your email just right. Is there a way I can do this in zoho campaign? Create Report from ZOHO CRM Report
So we have three reports in Zoho CRM that I am trying to duplicate in Zoho Reports so we can than add each report to a Dashboard in Zoho Reports. As it appears so far I can get the exact report I need in CRM but not the Dashboard view we hope for, and in Zoho Reports I can get the exact Dashboard view we want but having trouble setting up the report.... For the last six or seven months, we have been experiencing missing emails within Zoho CRM. These are emails sent to our Organisation Email. After four or five telephone contacts with Zoho and a few worthless, also worthless, chats, I learn that the Zoho CRM organisation email address will only display or capture inbound emails sent in reply to an email originating from us. That is, if someone, a client say, decides to email us using that email address Zoho CRM will NOT capture it or display it.
