Application Design Help - Delivery Driver
I'm trying to work on a delivery driver application. We have 13 AM drivers and 8 PM drivers, they deliver to pretty much the same buildings ever single day (i.e. repeating / automated daily records is a must). There are some variances (quantity, additions, subtractions, etc). As a driver leaves our production facility they check out their truck and their product. Once they deliver the product the need to update the building as delivered. I need to keep records of all of these deliveries. What

Hello, I'm attempting to log into Zoho Mail and I get a screen telling me "As a security measure, you need to link your phone number with this account and verify it to proceed further." Making Zoho campaign data unique fields at the contact level
Hi there, I know that Zoho Campaigns data pushes to Zoho CRM for a contact to the Description Information box. Do each of these data points associated with a campaign act a unique data point or are they lumped together in this text box? Ideally, I would like to be able to create segmentation based on which contacts have received certain emails and performed specific actions. Am I able to get this granular? Thanks for the help!
Can't drill down on published pie chart
Hi Everyone, I published a pie chart report and send the url to an email. When the recipient clicks the link the pie chart is displayed but they can't drill down. When you hover the mouse over the pie, the tooltip doesn't say "Click to see the data". I have a basic plan. Is there a restriction on that plan that does not allow drill downs on published reports? I can do it from the creator though. Zoho Campaigns - Segments not picking up contacts
I've been trying to create a new segment for a future campaign, however when I create a segment the system is not updating the contacts based on the criteria. I had an existing segment listed by job title and tried adding to that by 'job title contains' and then put some more terms in there (with commas in between each term). However after submitting this no further contacts were added to the list even though I can see in the full list there are people with those words in their job title. Then

Intelligent Trigger during specific time interval
We successfully use an intelligent trigger to have our Chat window pop up proactively if a user in on our site more than 2 minutes and this is his first visit. However we only have people responding to chats during business hours EST time. Outside business hours we would NOT like the chat to pop up automatically and prompt the visitor a chat (there is nobody to answer on our side). Is there a way to make the Intelligent trigger dependent on a time interval?

publish list/calendar of due tasks?
My business performs quality assurance checks on our clients at certain scheduled intervals. My thought was to use template task lists to quickly add these schedules with due dates when we bring a new client on board. However is there a way to publish the list of due tasks or a calendar of these tasks for quick access to upcoming tasks due? How would I do this? Is this a use for Pages?

But most of the applications I'm building (e.g. vendor management, payroll) would be incomplete without bank account details. Leads Filters: Anytime it's a date, have a "between" option
I'm trying to filter my leads to see those when an event date of between x and x. I can do that in reports, but can't do that in Leads view. Anytime there is a date field, there should be a "between" filter. Seems easy enough to do.
Copy Customization is missing!

I want to add some members in my project, but some were added successfully and others failed. Then I try to let them register new account but the company name used when I created my own account, they can't use it again, is this a bug? Reorder Level 0 shows as low stock
I have discovered in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory that if the reorder level is 0 the item still shows up in the low stock filter. This is a problem as we have items we stock and items we don't stock but customers can still order and we get them in to order. Therefore we want to track inventory on everything but only want notifications on items we stock. Right now everything with available stock below reorder level AND anything with reorder level 0 and available 0 shows up in the low stock view.

Convert Sales Order to Invoice - Delivery address Changes
Why wont it keep the address selected in Delivery Address when I convert it to an Invoice. It goes back to the default delivery address. I have been trying this software for a few weeks and there are far to many bugs. I am going to have to go back to Sage.
Showtime will not load
