Zoho not tracking image clicks in emails
Hi, I created an email template to send to new leads. The email contains image links and text links. When the email is sent, Zoho converts the text links to be trackable Zoho link code so we can see when a user clicks through on a text link. However Zoho does not convert the link of the image to be trackable link code. So that is currently not tracking, if a user clicks the image. Does anyone know why Zoho does not convert image links to be trackable?

Do emails sent from Office 365 attach to ZOHO crm contacts?
I have the integration set up. My emails sent from Office 365 are not attaching to the Contacts in Zoho even though the emails match. Does the integration only allow for emails sent from within CRM to be attached to Contacts?
Signature Line Spacing On Replies
When sending email, my signature looks just fine however, when getting replies i can see that the line spacing has changed and I am not sure why. It has to be due to the way the HTML is done underneath the signature itself and how its interpreted by different email systems. Other signatures I have through systems like office 365 do not have this problem. Can you change a field type as a result of user input?
Hello, I'd like the field type to change for a few fields in a form depending upon user input. For example, if a Status field is set to "Trial", I'd like Total Words Per Month to be a Number field (to be manually entered), but if the Status field is set to "Ongoing", I'd like Total Words Per Month to be a formula (which adds up two other fields within the form). Is this possible, and if not, what can I do instead? Thanks!

Sent mail going to junk folder
I have just trialled Zoho Recruit as I am looking for a centralised database from which I can send emails, however the two test clients I have added send straight to Junk mail. Reply and forwrad functions not working from contact module
When I open an email within a contact module, none of the reply, reply all or forwarding options work. I can create a new email and the reply/forwarding functions work from the top menu, but not nothing happens when I try to reply to a message opened within a contact. How can I fix this?

Hi, I'm having problems as well. I can send, but cannot receive e-mail. AFAIK, I set up the MX records correctly with my registrar. My hostname is catch22bbs.com, and i'm trying to send e-mail to ignatius@catch22bbs.com. I get no incoming connections whatsoever. sync with Mac Outlook 2011 contacts very incomplete
I set up the outlook plug in to sync my contacts between Zoho CRm and my Mac 2011 client. It goes through the whole process but only seems to sync a small number of contacts. Now, when I go back to the sync process, it says that the contats are already synced. I have 6,000 contacts in my Outlook but am only getting 452 into Zoho. What an I do? Did I miss something?
