Banner Removed on "Contacto" Page but Not In Other Pages
http://www.mexicocompounding.com/contacto.html The Banner on the contact page is removed but not on the other pages. I did add my own CSS to all the pages but did not edit the HTML of the template, using the HTML/CSS Editor. How can I fix this? Please help.

Name format in recipient's inbox with Android app
Hi I've managed to change the name format that a recipient sees in their inbox (eg from firstname.lastname to Firstname Lastname) when I send email from the portal (Mail > Settings > Send Mail As if anyone needs it) however I can't find how to change this in the Android app. The result is that when I send emails from Android they appear as firstname.lastname which isn't what I want. can't send or receive emails
I've been testing my Zoho account littlewingevents.com by sending and recieving emails from my personal accounts and nothing is working. I have not recieved any emails into my Zoho account, and only one email from my zoho account has sent to my personal email. I need to speak with customers and suppliers and this is really important. Widget - Choose source table/query list not alphabetized
In a Dashboard, if you select "Add Widget", the drop down list of potential table/query sources is not ordered in any way that makes sense. For users like myself that have 100+ tables and queries in a database, it is incredibly annoying to have to scroll through one by one to find the correct source. I would think it would be in alphabetical order like other lists. Thanks.

How do I access the old Zoho version?
I'm trying to setup email forwarding and in settings it says "Access old version for Email forwarding and POP/IMAP" but I cannot click on it and there is no where on the page I see where I can click return to old version. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :) Thanks!

Account Disabled
Hi, My Zoho mail account which I have used for many years has been disabled. I believe this was due to my domain DNS settings changing. I have tried contacting support but received not response. How do I enable my mail account again? I cannot even close the account to create a new one as the whole interface is disabled. Thanks Chris

Not receiving emails from specific domain
I'm using a service called webworksheet.com to have employees email a completed web form to their manager. The source email is submit@webworksheet.com and the destination email account is in the domain atpsystemsav.com I am able to receive emails in the account on atpsystemsav.com from all other sources I have tested except from webworksheet.com If I configure the form to send to emails in other domains including google (gmail.com) the emails make it through just fine no problems at all. Date issue of the new project created based on template

How to detect when a lead is on my site?
Hi Guys, New here so be kind... :) We are using Zoho CRM. We currently have lots of leads / potentials within Zoho CRM. I would like to be able to determine when an existing lead is visiting my site , and improve the lead score. The visit may have initiated visit from an email campaign. Need some information about payment and subscription plan
Our company never worked with api so none of us really have hands on experience on api much. In the Zoho subscription page when I created a plan it actually comes with a pre-built credit card verification form. How to make this form active or it is already active for paid customer? Can zoho verify credit card payment as well? Our concern is if we keep card information at the api level how secure it would be or This plan form is just a dummy so that we can have idea to create form using api?
Creating and using reports
I am very new to Zoho and Deluge but I am finding this to be an excellent resource. I am a Workplace Chaplain and have created an application to track Prayer concerns. I have been able to create some basic reports which allow me to filter by work location or action needed. But I would like to have a "dashboard" type of report that will give me record counts of newly added records on a month-to-date basis. Associate two form entries via a number field
Hi I have two forms, Membership and Payment. Both forms have a Membership ID field and the Membership form contains Payment as a subform. I want a person to pay their membership entering their Membership ID. On success the Payment form should compare the Membership ID of the entry to Membership IDs in Membership and add the payment record to the correct member in Membership (in the subform).
