When trying to create an account on this forum, I got the following error. The email which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region Had to create an account via my google app account.
Account temporarily blocked for IMAP use for several days now
Hello, my Zoho mail account has been blcoked for IMAP use for several days now. When I try to connect with Thunderbird 6 I get an error message: "Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen when you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections..." I only use Thunderbird at two computers and K9 Mail on my Android phone. Could you please unblock my account as soons as possible and explain how to avoid the problem in the future. Cheers, Tristan
SalesIQ dartboard shows Ghost users (hybernated machine)
We have observed that if a user forgets to shut down the page where the tracking script is embedded and his machine goes into hybernation, sometimes SalesIQ shows him as still active. Is there something we can do to avoid "Ghost" visitors on our live IQ Dartboard!?

Segment live views on SalesIQ
We have a public website X and an application website Y. We would like to be able to live track all the visitors across the two sites as they will start at the pbulic and then get a login to the application. We have enabled the two sites as two web-embeds in the SalesIQ portal. However from a live tracking perspective, we would like to be able to filter the the live view (the circle dartboard) based on the web-embed. Using postURL to access Zoho Invoice API
I need to add a receipt file to an expense in Zoho Invoice, which does not appear to be available as an option in the standard deluge script. I've written a function to use the API for Zoho interface, but cannot get the postURL function to work. Has anyone done this? I have scanned the Google Apps information and it looks like there are APIs for Gmail and one can use the Script Editor to create an App which can then be called using an simple URL. From Zoho Creator, I want to be able send emails with attachments (possible) from Gmail. Add number fields only if not null
How do I add number fields that are not null? So far, I have script that adds number fields, but I keep getting an error message when some of the fields are null. input.Total = Amount + Amount1 + Amount_3 + Amount_4 + Amount_5; For example, if Amount_3 is null, I will get an error message. I do not want to add 0 to any fields that are null. If they are null, I would like to keep it that way. Is there a way to only add fields that are not null?

My site sends an email to new users asking them to verify their email address in order to complete the registration process. The "confirmation email" never arrives. It never bounces back. Other automated emails such as "Thank you for posting on bidshaul.com" do just fine. The same script in my website handles both things. Is there something about the confirmation email that the Zoho server doesn't like? I just don't get it, if it works on one it should work on the other, since the only difference
To duplicate a row and refer back to original row
I wanted to have a simple script to duplicate a row, but the duplicated row has to refer back to the original row. So a new field called ORIGINAL_ID is created to hold the value of the ID of the original row... is there a generic ZOHO function to duplicate a row and then I can customize it?

Email Disclaimer not working for certain accounts
Hi Guys, Have created two new accounts today but it seems the universal Email Disclaimer that's been set up in the control panel isn't appending to emails these accounts create. Search Function is Broken and also Affecting Zoho CRM Email Section
The search function in Zoho Mail is not working. No matter what I search for, it will return no results. I hasn't been working for a few days now. This is also affecting Zoho CRM. Hi, I'm trying to use the Migration Tool to update my records, but for some reason it is not working for me. I made a Test application with 4 columns. Emloyeenumber Firstname Lastname Age This application has 4 records. After that i update my excel sheet and add 1 more record and change the age of 1 record.
