Phone integration
When I use the old version of Zoho, I can click on the phone number in the lead field and connect to Ringcentral, which is my VOIP provider. If I'm not connected, a pop-up will will appear where I can log into. In the new version of Zoho CRM, a pop-up appears and tells me to connect to Ringcentral, but doesn't allow me to log in. I guess I'm going to continue to use the old version.
Can we limit pages that display the chat popup on Wordpress sites?
We don't want the chat to be available to everyone on every page. Is there a way to limit pages that we enable the chat availability?

I just transfered my e mail to zoho over the past weekend and now I get the above error and can t send e mail from my address info [ at ] topdefence [ dot ] ca. I migrated all my e mail to zoho but a few older e mails requested read receipts and that I guess triggered the e mail block. Can you please unblock the e mail address.

not receiving email messages with links
Good day, I have been having a problem for the last 4 days. I am not able to receive email messages containing any shortcut links to any web addresses. For example, I am in my office and I found a good tool online, and I need to send myself an email with a link to that web page. If add the web page address (in hyperlink mode), then I don't receive the email message. I used to receive these type of messages with no problem, only lately I am not able to. Please help. Hello, I have a problem. I create a graph with data from Table Customers. Once I save the graph, the Table Customer disappear and I cannot use it anymore to update the graph. The Table Customer is still in my file but I just can't access it from my graph anymore. Any idea why ? Thank you :)

Does Zoho Campaigns Have an RSS Feed/Archive Functionality?
In my experience, when I click one of the shareable widgets (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) at the top of an email newsletter, an archive/RSS feed and a link for each newsletter is automatically generated. An RSS feed, in this instance, is basically a website version of the newsletter. When I click "Tweet" within one of the email newsletters that I subscribe to (called the Broadcast Bi-Weekly), it generates a link that leads to this page, which my social followers can use to access the newsletter
Connecting Two Zoho Accounts
I'm having trouble connecting my two zoho accounts through the POP [POP3?] system. I provide the information for my second account, the server and whatnot, but I am requested to create a new account, as the account I am trying to connect is already taken. When we create a budget, we always link it to its corresponding opportunity. If we win the opportunity, we invoice the corresponding budget, but how does CRM integrate the products of this opportunity gained? How do I know what products I have sold to a customer in CRM? Who Can View Email Addresses?
I am trying to change "Who Can View Email Addresses?" in Zoho Connect and when I go to Policies it does not give me that option. It gives me options such as create public groups, private groups, channels, boards, and pages but not the ability to change who can view an email address. Since we are using personal email addresses for our clinicians, this can be a problem.
Video Conferencing
Several days ago I was able to use the video conferencing in Zoho Connect and it worked perfectly. After that, I tried using it again and it states "BROWSER NOT SUPPORTED." I have tried using Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Has this been a problem or it is something that I am doing wrong?
Everyone is Offline
Everyone's status shows offline even when I know they are online. Even I am offline. I am using the new version of Zoho Connect and when I go to members and click on the three bars in the left-hand corner, it opens up and it will show that the person is online or offline.

Hi, i have an issue with my emails going into spam./junk folders of recipients. I have my DNS set up as follows: v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all
new pop3 account, not collecting all the e-mails
So I recently set up a new pop3 account in zoho mail. and so far so good. However for some strange reason, it has collected all the e-mails until the beginning of february and any e-mails between now and the beginning of february on the other e-mail server where not collected by zoho. Any ideas?

When a ticket was created from an Email, we used to get the 'body' of the email as a thread in the ticket. However, about a month ago it started to come over an an attachment in the thread, and it is unreadable. This is only happening from one particular mailbox, our other mailboxes are still working fine. Any idea why?

how to set up zoho mail to delete popped mail from Yahoo
Hi, When setting up my Zoho mail to pop my yahoo mail account, I noticed an option for zoho to delete mail in yahoo inbox. If my memory is correct,when I delete popped mail from my Zoho inbox, Zoho is able to automatically delete the same email from Yahoo inbox. How do I find those particular settings again so I can make that choice? I have tried looking in the settings area where I would expect to see these options, but no luck so far. Thanks, Jay

I've had my SPF records setup correctly with my DNS (fastwebhost) for seaexpressservices.in I am sending mails to all domain but none of mail recived, when i check with mstoolbox.com no error show with SPF record. Please help to resolve this issue.
