E-mail already exists
For the "petforyou.eu" domain I can't recreate user "wiktoria" and group "info" after deleting it before. I tried to contact with support but without response. For group "info" I have information "user email exists", and for "wiktoria" user I get the information "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho". Before delete I create the users normally. It looks like problems with entries in your database? I spent many time on trying to resolve this problem with different ways and reading this forum. Please

I sent an email on support@zohomail.com but without response. After deleting users, I can't recreate them again because have message "email already exists". I am trying to update a commision value field with certain values based on two parameters, but are not doing this correct as getting errors, have not been able identify exactly how I need to code same in the help section hence reaching out here. I understand there is a limit on outgoing mail in regards to number of recipients / bounced emails / total MB / total unmber of emails etc I have a script sending emails to a list of 5 email addresses (same addresses each time) and my account got blocked 5 mins after starting to use it. Email Campaign Sending Very Slow
I'm fairly new to Zoho. I've just recently transferred all of my email lists to Zoho Campaigns and sent my first large email blast out this morning. The email went to 48K recipients. 5 hours later, it's at 11%. At this rate, the email will take 2 days to complete sending. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I've sent smaller email out from Zoho (1K) and they've sent rather quickly, so I'm surprised at this slow rate. Please help!

Hi All, Is there any way I can push certain data from one zoho creator app into another ? Basically I have an app that we use to book and track laptops and/or desktops coming back to us. In certain situations we will know these are coming back broken. Sales orders status not refreshing in Zoho inventory
I am noticing that the sales orders status dashboard in Zoho Inventory is not refreshing properly. This is a recent phenomenon. For fulfilled orders, it shows only the Invoicing completion dot and the other 2 dots get refreshed only if I visit the order page and then come back to the dashboard. Similarly, for an order with an invoice voided in Zoho Books, the Inventory dashboard does not get refreshed even after I visit the order page as well as the invoice tab.
