Hi.. I am trying to retrieve a record from a custom module in CRM. However, when I try to read the individual field values I am just getting null values. Phone number already exists
I just set up my Zoho account this morning. When I tried to login this afternoon, I was told my password was incorrect. I reset it. The very next screen prompted me to "Add Mobile Number" for my email address and phone number. I'd already added a number this morning for two-factor authentication. Nevertheless, I entered the requested information, and clicked "Send Code" and got the message that "This phone number already exists". How do I go forward from here?
custom button on stateful form
Is there a way to include a button or hyperlink on a stateful form that would enable one to call a function in the manner of a Custom Action on a report? I understand that you can do it on a stateless form, but stateless forms are a lot of extra work for such a simple request.

Open a Windows program with a Zoho parameter
Hi: I'd like to be able to open a Windows desktop program using the Zoho Contact ID as a parameter. I'd like to have a Button that the user could click on to accomplish this. It would look something like: "C:\MyProgram.exe ${Contacts.Contact Id}" The resulting call would be: "C:\MyProgram.exe 2381191000000182055" I am in contact with Zoho Support on this, but I thought I'd also place this out on the Forum. Zoho Reports - trouble importing decimals
Hi Someone can help me on troubleshooting this problem, please? I'm importing a CSV file (separated by semicolon) from OneDrive to a Zoho Reports Table. Everything runs smoothly but I have a problem with currency and decimal columns. Project Missing From List
We have created a project and assigned some tasks to it. In the Active project list the project cannot be found but when a search is done on the home page then the tasks are listed under the correct project name. It is not an archived project so do not know how to find the project itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

removing Fields
I have created a number of additional drop down choices in the Type field within the Deals Module. I decided to remove a few of them which I did and they no longer appear in Zoho CRM. However the fields I deleted are still available in Zoho Reports when I create a User Filter using the field Type. I have refreshed my data in Reports so it isn't that. Is there somewhere else I need to go to delete them
times Dont Sync properly

When entering appointments in my calendar for certain times, I've noticed they change on the Zoho calendar website once everything syncs. Appointments entered from say 0830-1800 show up as 0130-1030. How to I set this up so the times are correct between the phone app and the calendar website?

Campaign do not get the recipients
I created numerous email campaigns and sent them to my clients. Out of 300 e-mail addresses only some 30-50 get them regularly, although campaigns were marked as delivered in Zoho Campaigns; Even on my address maryana.pokhylko@artoftravel.com.ua I get only test variant. P & L report does not get refreshed if contacts are tagged after a transaction

Hi! I am having the same problem that a previous poster had. When I click on my home or posts dashboard I get an error message at the top of the screen "Umm... there seems to be a problem" There is no more information, or way to click on the error. I have tried to log out and log back in, but still I get the error. The error is browser-independent, and happens on both Chrome and Safari. Should I use another solution? Thanks!
