Hello, I found a post on an automatic calculation of an age of a candidate from the date of birth. It is a great help. For most of the candidates we have only year of birth. Hello, I would like, when adding a note, to be able to have an option to associate it not only with a job opening but also with a client contact. Example: when adding an interview feedback from a client contact, it concerns the contact, the candidate and the job opening (or other notes concerning at the same time the client contact, candidate and the job opening). Zoho Report - Service Desk integration
Currently the Service Desk integration only imports a default set of fields and can not be modified. The "item" field is not currently imported and is critical to enable reporting of repeating incidents and service requests and should be included as part of the standard import process. Additionally the option to import custom created fields should be included to enable reporting on custom created fields i.e. system downtime, major incident type, Sap subsystem etc....

Newbie Here. I want to link to a file on my computer - not on a website. For instance: File Location would be the field. I see where I can link outside but I don't see how to make it link to a file on my computer. Am I missing something. Or is it because it is cloud based?
Email Insight - Track Each Email Open and Each Link Click
I suggest adding a feature so that the date/time is logged for each time that an email is opened and each time that a link is clicked. Also, if there are multiple links in an email, track date/time that each link is clicked. Provide the same information for email attachments This could be reported as a summary in the Email table for each lead page or contact page. Hi, I am having a problem with verifying the DKIM. It says verification failed. I have added zoho._domainkey.samgill.co.uk and it says it is a valid key here http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck but Zoho will not verify it. Please can you help. Kind regards, Sam
settings page appears blank
Hi, the settings page under: https://mail.zoho.eu/zm/#settings appears empty, so there is no way to change settings, how ever the control panel is working fine. I tested on google chrome and firefox. this must be a bug? thanks,

Mail account at storage limit, can't find where all the storage went
One of our accounts says it is at limit, but I can't find what is taking up all the storage. I've cleaned out thousands of mails from the account, and it still shows to be at 101%...but when I manually click through all the folders, I can only account for about 30% of the limit. Where can I find out what's causing the storage problems?

Cannot move Sent_import emails to Sent folder

I have correctly configured SPF records in my DNS manager but still get pop up like SPF record not configured properly. I even checked in mxtoolbox and it is showing that records are inserted properly. How do i correct them here in zoho mail ??

Send/Receive Problems after capacity reset
Send and receive capabilities suspended when account went over storage limit. We have now reduced storage to 70% of capacity but send and receive cannot be reactivated. When attempting, an error message stating that the feature is only available for paid accounts.

MX records for Zoho and other email provider?
Hi, My organization currently has a third-party email provider (i.e. Proofpoint) that we filter email through before it gets forwarded to our internal email system. We use this for about 10-15 email addresses. The DNS MX records are set up to point at this provider. We also have several more email addresses 10+ that we want to be hosted on Zoho and don't want to be funneled through the provider. Could this be accomplished by setting the Zoho MX DNS records with a higher priority than the MX records

Error creating domain email base account
Hello, I was currently creating my email service with my domain, but when I put the base account name that I want to be an administrator, he says that the name already exists as an affiliate, but when I try to put it A different name, I get an error saying that I can not use alternate names.
