Hi! I have a Form Orders_form and an Exchange form. I need the customers information to populate (ie. Name, Address, Item Purchased) when I provide the Exchange form the Orders_form Order No. I have the relationship setup...i was reading in the resources and found the code i needed but it doesn't work. How do I record advance payment?
What is the correct way to record advanced payment received from customers? Some of my customers send several months rent payment in one check. I have used the Credit Note function, but this makes my reports not accurate. I have seen the older version ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ywkKMul7NSs) of this task but it does not work like this in new version. Please help.

I have an Account/Organisation with two users. I am able to receive email to both accounts but I am only able to send on one. For the second email address I am getting the following error: Unable to send message;Reason:559 Message not committed due to internal error This happens both in the Web Mail and using the Zoho App. Any ideas?
Sales Order for Product with Installments (Financing)
Hi, I was wondering if anybody had this challenge, to sell a product that will be paid over time. Example: Sell a widget, for $300, which will be paid over 12 months at $25 per month. Ideal Solution: It would be great to be able to create a Sales Order for the Widget, possibly including 12 qty of an "installment item" and create an invoice each month for each "installment item". I found many "Accounting Best Practices" and I would like to know if there is an "easy-enough" way of implementing this
Mail not in sync (webmail vs iOS ActiveSync vs macOS IMAP vs Android ActiveSync)
I read my mail on 4 places: - webmail - iPad ActiveSync - Android ActiveSync - Mac Mini IMAP Not all 4 places are in sync. For instance my inbox on Android is empty, but there is stille one mail on the other 3 places. Other example: Trash on my iPad has 10 messages on the other 3 places 8 messages. Waiting overnight does not resolve the issue, the before mentioned examples remain the same. Any solutions?

Calculating the value in a form field?
Hi I need some help. I'm new to Zoho and the language used within forms (I'm a VB man normally). I've worked out a few of the functions but I can't work out what must be really simple to do but it's frustrating me! I have a field that I want users to enter a number into. I have another field that will be disabled for user input, but I want this to represent a value which is a multiple of the user input filed. E.G. License and number of users Zoho Creator
Hi there, How does the license model of Zoho Creator work? I want to to build a couple of web applications. Customers and other external people need to enter data in these apps/forms. I prefer to distribute a custom URL per customer so they don't need to login and can simply enter data (to monitor quality of sales appointments for example). Does I customer count as a user or not? I will be the only one making and editing the apps and forms, do I only need one user license in that case?? Regards,

Reporting - Last Note added
Hello all, Looking for a solution and need some help. Currently using MS Access for some of our Project funnel reporting and want to capture the last added notes in Zoho to include in each Deal. Email save location
What is best practice when saving emails and other documents to a record? I thought by saving to the most bottom level it would roll up to the top level of of an account record. So for example, instead of saving an email to to an Account or a Contact directly, I thought by saving to a Potential record that, that email would then be visible on the Potential record, the contact record for the contact that was associated with the email, and the account record that the contact is associated with. Get project groups using REST API
Is there a way to get the project group that a project is associated with using the Projects REST API? For instance, our projects are grouped into 3 categories, and I can get the details for each project, but I don't see anything in the project details to indicate what group that project is in. Am I missing something?
Problems Adding Picklist to Calls Modular
I am trying to add a drop down or pick list custom field inside the calls module. Problem is that the option for adding a new section is not available inside the customization page. All other pages such as leads & contacts have the add new section available. Please help. Hi, I send invoices to my investor in order for him to repay our expenses. However, income is always booked on the sales account, while this income is obviously not sales. Each time the invoice is paid, I have to add a journal manually to correct. Am I missing something? A
Void bill with Partial amount paid
Hello, I have a bill with "Partial Paid" status, however the remaining amount to be paid is no more required from the vendor, so how can I void the remaining balance without changing the bill original amount?. For better understanding I list the below example. Bill amount = 100$ Amount paid = 75$ Balance = 25$ The vendor discounted the balance 25$ but I can't change the bill original amount due to accounting audit purposes. I just want to void the remaining balance and I'll leave a note. Thanks root
P.O Reports don't contain any POs?
The Active PO report doesn't contain a link to the POs. Only items are listed but not where they are coming from. I really need a report that shows the POs, items associated with those POs and their status... In a similar vein, the Product Sales Report don't show any Sale Orders. The sale report should have links to the Sales Orders for the items contained therein. -Tom
Does the Android Zoho CRM app have territories?
In the Android Zoho CRM app, I'd like to sort my contacts and accounts by the territories I've assigned in the desktop CRM, via territory management. I don't see this functionality in the android CRM app. Thanks for the help.

Export items
Why isn't the item unit exported / imported ? I assume it's the "Usage unit" shown in the exported file but this is not populated nor imported when filled ? I have run out of custom fields for items & would like to re-use my own field created for units. The option to show pre-defined units field on docs is not offered so I had to create my own! Will I have a problem re-assigning or deleting this custom field as it's been used in a lot of transaction ?
