How long are messages saved with Zoho and how much space is used if messages are Archived?
I really have two questions. The first is how long are messages saved before the older ones are deleted (or is that just an issue if space is needed). The second question, if emails are archived, how much space is that worth and how long would those messages be kept?

IMAP Blocked Due To Excess Use
I cannot find my original post, I assumed it was removed! Anyway, I asked about the IMAP server blocking me every so often when I run outlook filters. How can I work with these limitations, I think its time to look at another email service provider.

Getting "550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit" error. Go to mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe and it says "There are no blocks in this account currently." Admin "Control Panel>Mail Administration>Troubleshoot>Blocked Accounts" panel agrees that there are no blocks. Still get error when I send mail.

Proxy authentication for Docs Desktop
My valid proxy authentication username, when at works, requires I specify the authenticating domain, since my laptop and tablet are not joined to the domain so that I can work from home without a VPN or cached credentials. I can either do this with "domain\user.name" or "user.name@domain.full.name", either of which is not allowed in Docs Desktop (Windows, in this case, but I had the same issue in Linux) The problem is that these are the only valid user names I can give, and anything less will fail

I have one form that creates records when filled out. Is there a way to have some info from that record automatically get sent to a second form and add an entry there? I want that second form to be populated with entries from the first form but also other manually entered and imported records.

Hello, I am trying to import notes into the Potentials module in Zoho. I have been able to map and successfully import some sample notes, but am unable to import the correct 'Created by ID.' For example I am wanting to import notes and assign those notes based on the user ID (for example: zcrm_779782000000062001). However, whenever I try to import the ID, it defaults to my user as the 'Note Owner.' Is there a certain format for the 'Created by ID'? Thanks.

Hi Everyone I need to be able to update my Zoho Creator instance with data from my on premise ERP system. I believe i can perform this with the use of the REST API but am unable to locate any samples of the coding for this using the auth token. I was able to locate a ticket based sample but this has been discontinued by Zoho. I was unsuccessful with converting that sample to auth token. If anyone has a .NET sample code for an add/update REST call to Zoho Creator it would be of great assistance

Greetings, When employees go on vacation they set their person email to "Away". If a ticket comes into the system, their email replies to it but will create a new ticket instead of tagging onto the previous email. That new ticket emails the same agent again and creates another new ticket. Generally 100+ tickets are made before someone can fix this issue. I have had customer complaints and have had to pay people to go through the system to send out apologies and delete tickets. How do we fix this?
