Clonar campañas en zoho CRM
Estimados: Estoy tratando de clonar campañas en zoho CRM y, sin bien he encontrado la poción, cuando clono una campaña (Campaña 2) no me carga los contactos de la Campaña de Origen (Campaña 1). Pregunta: la campana Origen (Campaña 1) necesita alguna condición especial para que me permita cargar en la nueva campaña (campaña 2) a todos los contactos origtinal (los que posee la Campaña 1)? Create Contact record from third party form
Not sure if i have the right sub forum. This is a key issue if im to switch to Zoho CRM. I need to be able to create a contact record from the registration form that is used on our website. I don't want to use a web form created by Zoho but the existing form we have on our site as it performs a number of other checks and functions. Catch is that we use a 3rd party module that generates this form. Having said that, it does perform a http post which I have working with a different third party crm system.

email outgoing mail error
One of the mail user( claims@krupamyihospitals.in) outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. We have a call center and use several lead companies that get all of the clients info and when they call into our center to transfer the client all of the information with our old crm would be able to be pulled in the crm so the clients info was there without us asking to do it again. I have a list of contacts I can't seem to delete. Whether I bulk select them and try to delete, or delete them individually, I can't delete them and I wish to remove them so I may import another list that will max out my available list amount. They are taking up room for the amount of subscribers Im allowed to have.

I am trying to use the call function getrecordbyid in script builder to get a record from a custom module. But it does not seem to accept the Custom Module name. In the script builder dropdown the only options seem to be the standard modules. Is this a limitation in ZohoCRM ? Is it possible to use getrecordbyid with custom modules?

Field update on Event when related Potential is won
I am creating an automation workflow to update a (custom) field on an Event if the related Potential is set to "Closed Won". When I create the Automation Workflow on Potentials, i can only update fields on Potentials, Accounts, Campaigns and Contacts. Hi, I was wondering if there is a way for me to get the Zoho Account ID and maybe place its value in a field in the Contact module without placing it manually. Can I use lookup field to do that? When I bring candidates into the system I often do not have contact information right away, so searching by contact information is not an option. Cannot edit form style
Is it possible to edit the style of a form in Sites? I have tried editing the CSS of a custom theme, and the form style is the only part of the site that does not appear to be styled using the custom theme CSS. I saw a solution that involved writing code for Creator, but to me that doesn't appeal. I want to control form look using CSS, not Creator scripts. While Zoho Sites is a very nice tool, I'm starting to see the limitations that may have me looking for another solution.
Custom Action
I created a custom function called Sign_Up. This function will appear will appear whenever I click on an event on the calendar report. When clicked on the Sign_Up button, it will bring the user to the Events_Sign_Up page for users to register for an event. How can I program such that when the user is brought to the Event_Sign_Up page, the Event_field_name is automatically selected based on the event the user clicked on at the calendar report?

Date & Time Picker - NOW() button
I populate my date and time field with the last date and time from the last record. When the date/time picker shows up I would be nice to be able to click a button that will set it to right now() Kind of like the NOW() function in databases. It could be placed above the time selection fields. Just a suggestion.

Restore the last date the user selected.
I have a form that adds log records. When the form is first opened up I want the date field to default to TODAYS DATE, But if the user changes that date and saves a record I want the date field to default to the LAST DATE they selected. I seem to only be able to do it one way or the other. I can write the code if I knew the form was the first time ONLOAD or after a record was added and its the second time ONLOAD. Fixing the "email already exist in the system" issue.
Hi, While setting up my account, I used a dummy user name to test things and afterward I deleted that. But now, I am trying to create a new user using the same email, but the system tells me the email already exist. Is there any way to free up the email? I am trying to delete the secondary email address aidend@gotfragz.com, When I click delete, I receive the following message -- " Please contact your Organization administrator to delete your email address."
