hi, at first i try to register to zoho using edtamcn.com, when i step into sms verification phase, my computer got shutdown suddenly, and i have to restart my pc. I have the verification code but i don't know where to put it. So i try to restart the process from beginning, but when i tried to insert the same edtamcn.com to the column, i got warning message like this : "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" . I have submit ticket to support@zohomail.com but with no reply

Six emails in my SENT folder that I never sent, going to all letter/number recipient address
There is something definitely amiss in my email account. I just looked at my SENT folder and it shows six emails that I never sent. I am the only person with access to this account. The recipient addresses as shown in the Sent mail summary pane are all extremely long strings of letters and numbers. Two of them, both sent yesterday 9/11/16, start with the characters VE6C2HU. Set a Default Radio Button Choice

"Time based action" workaround
I want to create a Workflow Rule that emails a user when a potential's closing date has passed, asking them to update the potential (or close it if they forgot). Unfortunately time-based actions are only available in Enterprise edition. Anyone know of a workaround for this, for users of other editions? We're on the Professional edition and it doesn't make sense for us to ~double our rate for this one feature. Thanks.
How can i change what displays in my sender's name?
When I was registering my Zoho account, I used my real name. Though I put my business name where necessary at the end of the day. But whenever I send a mail with it displays my real name as the sender's name. I have removed my real name from everywhere I can find it but it still shows my name as the sender's name. How can I really get it to stop showing my name?

How can I create a user with just one name?
Hi, I want to create a user called "Hello" which would send emails from the email "hello@mydomain.com". However when I go to create a user I have to add in a last name but I just want a one word name as it's an email from my business, not me. Any ideas on how I do this? Thanks in advance, Oliver

When initially syncing from CRM to campaign, can I have specific criteria to only sync certain contacts, or will it automatically sync all of our contacts on file?
Payment not processed
I thought I'd give Zoho Invoice a try. I only setup one customer to gauge their experience. Problems. When they try to make their payment, it says "cannot process". On my side, I get no notification other than "unable to process". I am using PayPal Pro. It must be setup correctly, as I do not see any error notifications. My client is baffled and can't provide enough info for me to solve the problem, and I don't have ANY information on my side to solve the problem. Any suggestions or ideas?
Cannot search in mail, online or android app
Zoho Mail When type anything to search, it keeps searching forever. Is there a problem with servers? I can send emails, however. This started today in my web client. I tried Firefox, Chrome, fresh login. The same is for my android app.Latest android app on Galaxy Note 5 (but installed a week ago, but the problem is just now).

Hello, One of my employees is having issues submitting purchase orders and expense forms within Zoho People. He doesn't have the option anymore to add a new record within the system. Priority change not showing in Ticket Creation screen
Hi; We have had some issues with people not using the correct priority when creating tickets, so I added a short description to each priority, such as "High - Single user unable to work". However, these charges are not showing up in the Ticket Creation screen on the User's Portal. Why? Thanks

Need to be able to merge candidates that may be duplicated due to un-matching email addresses imported from the Outlook add-in. Or assign multiple email addresses to a single candidate. Also would be nice to be able to import candidates from indeed who have applied for the position on indeed by email or some candidate ID number. Include actual email in New Ticket notification
Hello Zoho Team, When we create a new ticket via Zoho Support the recipient party only gets a notification saying: "A new ticket has been created" and they are then instructed to navagate or login to view their ticket. How can we modify this setting so that the actual email is included as well, not just the notification message? In other words, I want the actual message we create in the ticket to appear together with the notification.

Zoho email working well - until now.
Working for months, but cannot send to one specific address. Other addresses work. I CAN send to the problem address from a private aol.com email account, just not from mail.zoho.com. Random emails not received
I can't seem to figure out what is going on with my email. I seem to be getting messages but twice now I was expecting a message that never came. When I contact the sender they tell me it was sent and no errors were received. I have them send the message to an alternate address (yahoo) and it goes through fine. Both of these were related to jobs so I am concerned that I am missing others and don't know about them. Any help would be appreciated. Josh

Billing customer with vendor invoice adding profit margin

Zoho technical support is not reliable even for potential paid users!
Well, it's been more than two weeks I am asking Zoho to resolve a serious issue. I have initiated several tickets on it. After initiating a ticket they reply on it after a few days, and after 2/3 replies they completely disappear. I wonder they have an official practice of closing tickets without resolving them. Checkbox show and hide multiple fields
Hello I am trying to get my form to show multiple fields. When I select one checkbox it works fine but when I select a second no fields show. I have tried using different IF statements and am now using ELSE but it still does not work when selecting multiple options. Here is the code I have. Want to autofill a field on creation
I use web to lead forms and I'm trying to autofill a field which we dont actually capture on the original form. From my lead form we map Lead name. I want to autofill the Greeting field with the Lead name as well. Is this possible? I've created a workflow which is attached. I was hoping I could just put in a merge tag and it would work. I don't understand why I am being blocked. I sent 28 messages yesterday and maybe 6 today-all sent to a single address. How is that mass mailing? To have such a small limit on sending emails is kind of crazy! How long until I get my account unblocked and what is the actual number of emails I can send from here? I could not find anything specific as far as time and amount of emails. If I have no idea how many I can send, how can I use Zoho? I never heard of such a thing for such a small amount
