Dependent fields
http://www.epicom.com/video_library/sugarcrm-user-group-1232014 I'm looking to implement my business logic (insurance) in Zoho, but I'm confronted with 1 essential lack - dependent fields. The presentation of a field should depend on a condition. If a field is picked or shown a series of other fields should be shown. For example if you choose a car insurance the fields that should be shown should all concern a car, while if you choose a building insurance the shown fields should concern a buildiging.

Hi Zoho Team, I would find it very useful to be able to view my open Contact Approval lists on my home page. By this I mean the duplicates and non-duplicates found under Contact Tools. Need option to make time tracking private from client users
Hi Zoho Staff, We're using Zoho Projects internally and more and more involving clients in access to the portal - but it looks like the client can always see Work Planned and Actual Time Log. This presents a problem, since we rarely bill hourly on projects and would like to track time only for internal use. Please advise if there is a setting I am missing, we need to be tracking our time more closely, but cannot share this on most of our projects if a client is involved. Thanks, Len --- Len Kamerman
Country list specific option/table in the Contact details page needed
(Posted in Zoho invoice fourms 2 years ago, I migrated to zoho books and still missing this VITAL FEATURE. PLEASE, include it soon) It is vital to have a country specific option/table in the Contact details page. We to be sure that the organizations we work with enter always the same value ( ej.UK) and they have not the posibility of enter other posibilities ( ej, United kingdom, GB , Great Britain and so on). It is important for two reasons: 1. We need to follow the sales to other countries.
"Unauthenticated email" report reflected by Gmail
Hi, I have a email with zoho with the domain name brandkioskindia.com, when i send a mail to gmail id it shows a message " Gmail couldn't verify the brandkiosk.com actually sent this message (and not a spammer). MIgration from Gmail
Iam not able to migrate a gmail account to ZOHO, it keeps telling user incorrect when i entered the correct details and i tried both pop and imap. Please support. POP and IMAP are both activated in my gmail account. Kindly note that i was able to successfully import from another pop address, i have problem only with gmail account importing. Thanks Smith

Show uploaded image in page
On my report I have a link to a page in a popup which displays an image that was added to each record. The page opens in the popup correctly but the image doesn't display; the HTTP request for the image returns "500 (Internal Server Error)". I also tried using a formula to show the image, like I saw mentioned somewhere, but I get similar results. Can I customize the contact lookup in Potentials module to include leads?
At our company we're trying to customize zoho CRM to fit us, so we use some things slightly different from the default. When I select "add contact roles" in potentials, I get to the screen "contact roles mapping", and of course when I click on the "contact name lookup" icon a new window pops up for me to choose a contact from. My question is, can I customize the drop down menu in that window to include Leads? It would be really helpful for how we use the potentials module.
Can't Email From CRM App
I have always been able to pull up a contact in the Zoho CRM app, click on their email, and send them an email. Starting today, it says "you do not have permission to send the email. Please contact your administrator to enable 'send email' permission to your account." What administrator are they talking about? How do I fix this?
Stage in potential can't do dependence

2 Factor Authentication and Outlook on iOS
Hi Guys, I use Outlook on iOS and have 2 factor authentication turned on in my Zoho account. Most of the time, despite generating lots of app specific passwords, I can't get myself logged in. On the odd times I do, this logs me out of another iOS device, even if I am using a completely different app specific password (I have tried this many times to prove it to myself). I now have a nice new iPad Pro, but can't get my work email on it! Any ideas anyone? Thanks Simon

Hello. I've read the article on Global Variables, but something isn't clicking for me. The article describes adding 2 form fields, which I really don't need. I have a Start_Date field on a Add_Student form that I want to write to a variable globalStartDate. Hi, i registered a domain (life.org.ng). I tried creating email info@life.org.ng so i can start domain verification process. I have already changed the MX records on my server. But when i try logging to my mail, it says A verification mail was previously sent to info@life.org.ng which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a major huge flaw in zoho mail. This is putting me off. I will appreciate your help Regards

Hello, we are currently using Zoho CRM and had somebody in our company create a new portal for Zoho Social. They tried to invite me to this portal but the button in the invitation email didn't work.
