Account Name Field Changed after editing record
I edited an Account to include the address. After saving, the Account Name, which was a previously a string name, was changed to a series of numbers that looks like a guid, but is not the guid for the specified Account. Can you please explain why this is happening? I noticed that this has happened to a few Accounts in the database.
I would like a "user" option for custom Lookup fields.
In many cases, we will have more than one employee user assigned to an account or opportunity because the employee users serve different functions (i.e. Sales Rep vs designated Customer Support Rep). As a secondary feature request - when there is finally a "user" lookup field, it will be critical to be able to push email alerts and assign tasks to those users, regardless of whether or not they are owner.

Instapage to Zoho not Executing Notification Workflow
Hi There I have an integration running Instapage to Zoho CRM to pass leads from the landing pages. The passing of data works fine but it does not prompt the workflow to notify the CRM users of a new lead. When I manually create a lead in the enquiries module it works fine and the notification is sent. Any ideas?

But I have some trouble with extracting potential lead data from messages: My website send to me letters from feedback form e-mail wordpress@mydomain.com. But all potential lead data located in the message body. One report for Leads and Accounts

We are using Zoho CRM and we are automatically sending Reports everyday via E-Mail to keep on track regarding lead generation etc. In order to find out what percentage of the original leads became customers and distinguish by their lead source, we would need one report where all former leads/accounts/potentials are in. Zoho Java SDK
I am looking at a custom software project (Java) where I would integrate other systems with Zoho's CRM. I see there is a raw HTTP API but that will be tedious building that out to a full fledged SDK with all the various methods and parameters. Does Zoho have a Java SDK for CRM integration or if not is the Zoho API exposed as WADL (or some REST schema) so I can auto generate a client for the Zoho API? -Dave

Notes section on Calendar Day View
I have several bookings over a day to manage in my calendar and it would be extremely useful to be able to make notes for any particular day an dhave them visible on the same page. I'm not sure how this would suit other users but I imagine many would find this useful. I picture seeing the full days list of appointments on the left of the screen and on the right of the screen is an area that runs the length of the calendar window that I can edit and save notes to that are relevant for the days appointments.

I would like to close my free mail account
When I click 'close account' in the accounts section, it says 'You are an administrator of your organization : "___". You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account. but it doesn't provide any further instructions! I've also tried 'User Details' from the Mail control panel. I clicked my user name and selected 'delete' from the 'actions' drop-down menu, but it said Permission Denied This is hardly intuitive. What do I do?

I am the domain administrator for @broadwayburrardchiro.com the domain has been verified and it's mx records are pointed to zoho. Problems importing data
Hi, I´ve been trying to import a csv file several time, trying different configurations in excel for the columns, with no succes. the file consists of several number and currency columns. the problem is that in the same column there are numbers correctly imported and wrong numbers, I have no Idea what could be wrong.
