Associate Custom Fields to Project Groups
Hi guys, Custom fields are great. Thanks. But... Sometimes it looks like you don't consider yout solution as a whole when you start updating it, resulting in more difficulty in later updates that should have been thought more properly in advance. We should be able to associate custom fields to groups, precisely because they are Custom and may depend on the type / group of a specific project. You even place both features under the same menu (Settings)! Does this make sense to you? I could be wrong,

Can you create a cascading dependency on more than two fields? Example: List 2 depends on what is chosen in List 1. Can list 3 depend on what is chosen on List 2? And list 4 on list 3?
Big delay in syncing tasks from Project
Hi, I activated the sync with Zoho Projects tasks, but it's not syncing real time, it takes even many hours once I see the new or editted tasks. How can that be? It are both Zoho apps and even there is the standard sync option in Zoho calendar!
Visible HTML tags in CloudMagic
Hi, For some reason, the HTML tags are visible in the preview and list view of CloudMagic for my Zoho mail account. I'm not getting this issue with any of my other Exchange/ActiveSync accounts. I've contacted them and they said that they were looking into it, but I wondered if there was anything the Zoho team could look into. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks,

Hello there, I want to know if there is a way to show the total price of a single item in invoice before discount and total after.. is there any way to show? Email using zoho / eM Client
Hi there, I have tried to use my zoho mail account through eM client (this is more convenient when I am on my desktop) but although able to receive emails (through POP) I am unable to send (through SMTP) - it appears there is a problem with SMTP with details apparently not matching... Please advise how I can fix this... all passwords, addresses match... I have checked and tried a number of methods with no success. Thanks Chris

UploadTool stopped working abruptly with the EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ALLOWED_AUTHTOKENS error message. Running the most recent version of UploadTool. There are not other active UploadTool processes. Username/password work fine on the web. The log follows. Update: worked after manually removing stale auth tokens from 'Zoho Accounts'. Do these things ever expire? Not receiving any emails

No Events and Task Sync in Android App
We use both IOS and Android CRM apps. The new design is great. I mean it! But... the only problem, but very very very frustrating, is that CRM Events and Tasks are not being sync to the android app. It works with no problems in Iphones. Are you guys aware of this problem? We need a fast fix for this since our business is pretty much operated through cellphones. Thanks!

Card Scanner App vs Card Scanning Feature in Leads?
I had purchased the Zoho Card Scanner App to use with the Zoho app. It works? Not real great, but it's better than nothing at the moment. Then I found the Leads App as well. In the Leads App, you have to purchase the Card Scanning Feature. So, I bought the Card Scanner App and now I have to purchase the Card Scanning Feature? Seems like a scam to get my $0.99. Can the Card Scanner not be used for the Card Scanning Feature in the Leads app?

Last week I setup the domain cantonbusinessmachines.com on zoho mail Now the user jim@cantonbusinessmachines.com comes up as inactive when I try to login to the account. I don't know why it is inactive, but need it set to active so my user can access his email. Tried submitting two tickets with no response.

Gantt Charts filtered by Date
Hi, I was wondering if the Gantt chart feature in projects can be filtered by a range of dates? For example, we are wanting to look at the project elements (tasks, subtasks) for the next 3 weeks specifically, like from 2/24/2016 to 3/16/2016. Is this something we can do with the Enterprise edition? Also, is there any way to create a Gantt chart in Zoho Reports? Thank you, Rachael

Custom Functions and hidden updating hidden fields
I have written a couple of custom functions that I use to update various summary fields in different modules. However it appears that if a user doesn't have read/write access to the fields then the custom function cannot update and re-calculate the fields. Is this correct? I have been searching through the online help and this forum but can't seem to find any reference to this being the case. Ideally I want to be able to update the fields without users being able to modify them manually.
Field Definitions at data entry
Wouldn't it be great if you could hover over a field and it pops up with a definition of its purpose (as set up by the Administrator/Company)? This would save an enormous amount of training time and the data that is entered might more accurately fit the field. If it was extended to items in a pick list too... Just thinking...

Trying to integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Mailchimp
I am truly frustrated. I want to integrate Zoho CRM and Mailchimp. I have 500+ contacts in Mailchimp and I use their app so that people can sign up on my facebook page. I'm trying to sync Zoho with Mailchimp so I can move all of the contacts over to Zoho. Unfortunately, I can't tell if the contacts moved from Mailchimp to Zoho and none of my contacts from Mailchimp are showing up in Zoho Campaigns. I am scratching my head and getting pissed! help!

Pull Data from Accounts to Cases

Send a Campaign to all Contacts in an account where there is a Potential
Currently each Potential in my CRM has one Contact associated to it which means there is one e-mail address to sync to Campaigns and send marketing material to base don the Potential. However this means only one person in that Account receives the e-mail marketing. How can every contact in an account where there is a potential be sync'd to Zoho Campaigns to receive Campaign e-mails?
