no field shown while creating a blueprint

Blueprint Emailing and Zoho Books' Estimate
Is it possible to send an email through CRM's Blueprint transition with an attached Zoho Books Estimate? I don't know much about Webhooks or other such connections between Zoho apps but guessing such possibility could be there. Months (sometimes years) after accepting an Estimate, client may forget about its content so at the time of the job delivery, I'd like to trigger an automated email template as part of a transition to the final stage of my Deals Blueprint. Blueprint Disappears from browser, restart of browser fixes
Has anyone else experienced an issue with Blueprint where the agent will not see the Blueprint section at the bottom of the window, and the Blueprint is still applied to the ticket. This keeps them from advancing to the next step of the Blueprint. The agents will restart their browser, and usually it comes right back up. Other times they will restart a few time and then it appears. They tell me it happens "often", so probably 1-2% of tickets. Everyone is using Chrome on a Mac.
DESK - After-Transition Alerts have quit working
I have a Desk Blueprint and had it functional sending After-Transition alerts by email. However it has ceased to perform after-transition alerts. In the history, when I expand the info I get the message "No actions, alerts, or messages configured for this transition" There are alerts configured, but they are not working. Allow easier update of fields and field options for modules and blueprint
I have several suggestions where zoho can improve updating fields 1. In Blueprint-allow for field options to be edited in info/states. This includes allowing for delete, edits, addtions (additions already an option. THANKS YOU ) Here's why. When updatiing or creating blueprint, a lot of ideas start shooting off as you exprience how your process will look and feel. Blueprint bottom bar not appearing, 'Unable to process your request'
Hi, We have Blueprints set up to help workflow, and to move tickets I use the blue bar on the bottom to follow the process but it isn't loading and instead I'm getting the 'Unable to process your request' error. Please help? I can't move tickets to Open, On Hold etc without it. Kat
Can we apply layout rules for Blueprint transitions?
The help page for the layout rules states that : Layout Rules are applied only when users manually create or edit a record. Does the use of transitions on tickets apply as "editing" a ticket/record?
Blueprint Recording Error
I've revoked the blueprint from some tickets and then modified our blueprint for the parts department. I'm getting an error message which says "Unable to process your request" when I try to save the modifications to the blueprint. I did have this same issue in the past which did clear itself out after a few days. This problem wasn't addressed by your support team back at the time.

My Actions - Quick View
In the 'My Actions' tab it would be great if you can add the binocular view/quick view icon for candidates. When a recruiter is reviewing their My Actions, there is limited benefit as they need to leave the page to view a candidate before they can make a decision on the Action they want to take. Blueprint - Perform transition by customer
Hi there, I couldn't find anything on this topic so far. Is there any chance that customers, using the web portal (Help Desk) can do more then 'comment' and 'reply'? I would like customers to accept my 'Resolution' and therefore would like to assign the transition 'Accept'. The changes you have made recently to the Quick View for candidates is great. One of the things that is missing is the ability to advance a candidate through Blueprint. It would be great to be able to show the transition bar at the top of the screen beside the 'Candidate Business Card' details.

I have just finished watching your "Blueprints in Zoho Projects" video. I'm curious if you are going to introduce the "On Hold" type statuses into Projects. This feature was recently included into the Desk ticket status types back a few months ago. Update Field when task is completed
Hey, i have an automatic created task in my blueprint. I want a field updated automaticly when this task is marked as completed. The problem is that i don't see an option for this in the blueprint task options. I also checked at "Workflow rules" but i don't came up with a solution there aswell. Have Comments add the title of the transition
When we use 'Comments' in the blueprint, and someone enters a comment into it while working on a ticket, only the information in the comment is added to the ticket. So, if the transition title is something like, "how many widgets do they have" and they answer 4, only the number 4 shows up instead of "4 widgets" or the title of the transition along with the comment answer. Is there a way to have either the transition title, or a template added to the comments section, so the ticket has more information?

The system default "Fallback to default" setting of the "On Hold" status does mess with the Blueprint reports
You did recently enable the beta version of the newly designed "On Hold" status for our account. We also do utilize the Blueprints. The blueprint reports include a dashboard called "Blueprint Dashboard" which has a subreport called "Transition Occurence". This report is being populated with the unnecessary triggerings of our tickets in "On Hold" status because the customers do respond to their tickets when they are in this status and the tickets automatically fall back to "Open" status. Add Confirmation window to Blueprints Transitions
People click Transitions by mistake from time to time. It's once in a while, still in training when you move the mouse over any Transition you know that click it by mistake is hard to Undo. In our case to Undo a mistaken Transition clicked we need to go and create a "temporary" Transition to go back and then delete that "temporary" Transition, which requires to move all records in actual states to the new versions. So, it makes sense a simple "Ok/Cancel" window to confirm the Transition was clicked.

Anybody have any luck creating a function to make a call via the RingCentral integration within a blueprint? i.e. Trying to configure a call to go out to the main phone number in a lead, in the "after" section of a transition. Appreciate any advice!
