"Approve Leads" Link

Hi Guys,
We love your CRM. We need to approve leads every day and would like you to ADD an "Approve Leads" page link from the "Leads" or "Home" Page. You can currently only get at it from the Setup Section.

Marketing Staff should be using the "Approved Leads" function from the Leads Page.

Any chance you can change this? I put this request in last year and it seems like an easy one to complete :)
