'Contact Deleted' Confirmation Message is not positioned

When I use select all and delete contacts, after deletion, when the message is displayed, it incorrectly overlaps with the other elements on the page.

Also, I see an inconsistency. For every other confirmation message, a balloon tip used to come from bottom. Why is for this alone, a top message is being resorted to?
