【開催報告】東京 ユーザー交流会 2025/3/19 エキスパートユーザーがZoho サービス活用における基本から応用までのノウハウを伝授!(CRM / Marketing Automation)

3/19(水)に東京ユーザー交流会を開催しました。当日は22名のユーザーの皆さまにご参加いただきました。本投稿ではその様子をお届けします!

 Zohoサービス活用事例セッション: Let's 活用!Zoho CRM レポート機能 

2024年度のZoho Championである@松井 邦夫 さん(Zotion)にご登壇いただき、これまでのご経験をもとに「CRMのレポート機能」についてご解説いただきました。
過去の参加者から特に多くのリクエストがあったテーマで、基本機能から応用的な活用方法まで、説明動画を交えながら分かりやすくご紹介いただきました。

◉概要と作成フロー


各タブや複数タブの関連性を、データやグラフで視覚的・数値的に把握ができます。Zoho CRM 内のデータをリアルタイムで活用し、定期レポート送信やダッシュボードでの統合表示も対応可能です。

商談メモに顧客対応を記録するだけで、日報の自動作成・送付が可能です。簡易報告に特化し、業務の効率化を重視する場合に特に適しています。

Zoho CRM に蓄積される重複や不完全なデータを定期的に洗い出し、整理することで、商談状況を正確に把握することが可能です。不要なデータの発生を極力抑えるためにも、CRMの入力規則や項目の依存関係を活用することも重要です。

グループワーク     




今回は「Zohoサービスの社内浸透/理解度向上のTips共有会」をテーマに実施しました。Zoho は製品数が多く、機能も多岐に渡るため「できることが多くてどこから手をつけようか迷う」などの声が上がることもあります。

そのような声を交流会で解決できたらと思い、本テーマでグループワークを実施しました!各者がこれまで培ってきたナレッジをユーザーさん目線で共有いただける貴重な機会となりました。


Zoho Champion パネルディスカッション

2024年度のZoho Championの中から、@Suzuta (鈴田二紀)さんと松井さんにご登壇いただきました。ユーザーの皆さまから要望の多かった「Marketing Automation」「Campaigns」「CRM」について、パネルディスカッションを実施しました。
Marketing AutomationとCampaignsの違いや、各メール配信サービスとCRMからのメール配信の違いなど、ユーザー視点ならではの過去の活用事例を交えてお話しいただきました。

懇親会 

多くの方に懇親会にもご参加いただきました!セッション中に気になったことや、日々の業務についてなど、参加者同士でざっくばらんに交流されていました。

初の試みとしてコミュニティのイベント参加や、ユーザーヒアリングへの協力など、コミュニティの活動を継続的に支援してくださっているユーザーさんを6名、表彰しました!


 最後に

We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it).
