For those people not using Outlook for task management or those using other task management tools ( it is a flourishing field these days ), it would be interesting for ZohoCRM to offer a CVS import tool akin to what is used for importation of leads, accounts etc.. Mapping the cvs file fields to fields used in ZohoCRM tasks does not appear too difficult to accomplish.

Thanks for conisidering this capability. Task management is an essential tool in a well rounded CRM platform, on par with email management. Establishing bridges between existing task management applications and task management within ZohoCRM should be carefully looked at.
