My Administrator can't seem to help out with this and he is exceptionally busy on other tasks.  Our Company email has been down for the better of 3 weeks off and on.  We can receive and send from one of the cell phones but all of the outlookbased email programs receive the above error and there are important messages sitting in outbox for almost a week again.   I see per the forums that this was a common issue 9 mos ago.
