1 Company with needs for 2 databases with separate information requirements

We currently use Zoho CRM for our Sales process and are very happy. We now find ourselves needing a CRM solution for our suppliers and partners so we can keep track of them as well. However, we require a totally different set of data and information on our supplier CRM. Is there anyway of doing this - keeping two databases with separate info for one account? There would be separate custom fields and no pipeline reporting for the "partner and supplier" database. Is this possible? Would there be a separate charge?
