12 hours with blocked buissnes mailbox

Till now I appreciated Zoho email.

But I'm waiting 12 hours with blocked business mailbox...

No answer to my request.

There are no new emails.

I test it - I did not received email that send it from many other accounts.

I can send e-mail, but I can not received.

Its a very HOT important mailbox, can abybody help me here ?
