2.5 years of index data lost

2.5 years of index data lost

Something has happened to the zoho index for my account. 2.5 years of indexing has been lost. Searching specific queries returns results from recent mails and mails from 2013 or later, even though the same query used to additionally return mails from the period in between.

Can you recover the lost index please?
