2 E-mail Accounts in my Organization don't work.

Hi,

I've reported these problems by E-mail, but since switching our MX records to Zoho I may not have access to my E-mail to get the responses ;)

My E-mail address: john <at> 4roadservice <dot> com has some problems:

1) From the Zoho Mail control panel, if I go to User Details > my account > Mail Accounts I get an "Operation Not Permitted" error.
2) When I send mail it's stuck in the "Email is in queue, waiting to be processed." status.
3) When I send mail from another address *to* my address here at Zoho, (listed above), it doesn't arrive in my Zoho account.

For a second E-mail address, sales <at> 4roadservice <dot> com, when I try to add the address to our account I get an "Email Id already exists" error - but it doesn't exist anywhere.

I think that what has happened is that back when we started playing with Zoho I created an organization and created my E-mail, and the sales E-mail in it. Then when I realized we should use the organization that was connected to our CRM account, so I deleted the organization I had created, then added my account to our existing organization. However, I didn't delete my the sales E-mail address, or my own, from the organization that was deleted.  So, I *think* that they're still attached to the "deleted" organization, and I have no way to free them.

Can someone from Zoho go in and free john @ 4roadservice.com and sales @ 4roadservice.com from zombie-land, so I can use them properly?
