2 Factor Auth and Firefox
I have been using Zoho Mail for over a year now w/o any issues. Recently, I enabled 2 factor auth on my account, and now I cannot authenticate while using firefox. What is odd is that Chrome, IE and Edge, work just fine. I try to load Mail by going to;
https://www.zoho.com/mail/ I then click on the "LOGIN" link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, I am then taked to:
https://accounts.zoho.com/signin?servicename=VirtualOffice&signupurl=https://workplace.zoho.com/orgsignup.do, I then enter my username and password and click on "Sign In", The Zoho OneAuth app then prompts me to authenticate, I use TouchID to authenticate, OneAuth says it was successful but the web browser goes right back to
https://www.zoho.com/mail/ w/o authenticating me. Since the other browsers don't have this issue, it must be a firefox issue, but I have no clue how to fix it. I have deleted all my firefox browser history, all cookies associated with zoho from firefox, and I have emptied the cache. Also, this only happens on one system, a Windows 10 system. It works fine in Firefox on my linux system.
Any ideas what I can do to the FF config to correct this?
