2 Field With same value

2 Field With same value

Dear Sir

I need help with a problem I'm facing

If I have 2 fields with their respective values then I have recorded them, when I enter the same data for the two files, the new record will automatically be rejected by the system or can't be save, see the sample case on my picture attached
 


  1. Record no 5 automatic rejected because the value of field 1 and field 2 have the same value with record No 1
  2. Record no 6 automatic rejected because the value of field 1 and field 2 have the same value with record No 4

How to make criteria like above ?
