2 hours wasted becasue no custom fields for zoho free plan?

Not sure if I have this right as the documentation may be a little misleading, but is it true you cannot create any custom fields on the free plan?

This link had the free plan as including 25 custom fields which was one of the things we checked out when we signed up.

For us a basic free product works well now, aand we will upgrade as the company grows. But we aren't going to get to trial the most basic aspects of the product if we have no way of editing existing fields or including basic extra fields. For example, we wanted to include a link to a clients yelp page, and a link to their facebook page, pretty basic stuff and we could then run with the product to see whether its worth investing in. Down the road the powerful reporting tools will be nessesary and we will upgrade, and changin crm's is a pain so we would probably stick with Zoho, but without some custom fields you aren't even letting businesses build a basic understanding of your product.

If someone from customer service could contact me that would be great.
