2 Lookup fields in one module

2 Lookup fields in one module

Hello--I am attempting to link 2 lookup fields in one module to 2 different other modules in Zoho. This is because I have information that draws from 2 different modules, that I would like to show up in one location.

I was able to successfully link the data under the accounts information, but the contact information is not properly linking.

Any suggestions?
