2 Specific Receiving and Sending Issues

Hello,

We have two specific issues we need help with.

1. We have one customer email that will not make it to us no matter what. We have whitelisted this customer in every way we can, but their email never makes it to our inbox, spam folder, or quarantine area. Before we switched to Zoho, we were able to receive this customer's emails.

2. We do some government work (US), and since we switched to Zoho, none of our emails make it through to them. We have triple checked all of our settings (SPF, DKIM, & DMARC), and everything is good.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
