200 alerts per day — ridiculous!

I was really hopeful that Zoho was going to fulfill my CRM needs — but the more I evaluate the product the more it seems like nickel and dimeing.

I'm on the Professional tier which I hoped would provide me with the firepower to at least run some basic automation.

As I found out yesterday, simple date-based workflows are not included in anything but the top (Enterprise) tier.

Just now, I received a system generated email to announce that I have reached "80% of my daily alert limit" — which is apparently just 200 messages per day.

I'm using these to send out outbound sales email so these are less "alerts" and more ... the basic thing I need the CRM for.

Sorry, Zoho, but this has been a terrible start and I'm out.
